Great location across the street from beach access with views of the sound from the balcony. Management staff very responsive to any issue or concern. Unit was clean but could use some painting especially around bathroom vents

This property was perfect for my family. We had the most wonderful view of the bay and sunsets and just a short walk to the beach! We were easily able to go back and forth from the beach and condo. The airy blue colors and decor of the condo were so welcoming and happy. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We loved our stay! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful

First time in Navarre. Loved the place. Beds were comfortable, place was so clean. Very convenient location to shopping, and beach access. Within walking distance of Andy D's (great food and drinks). Thank you for makimg our trip so easy.

Just Right

We loved the location and view, and even though you have to cross the street to get to the gulf, there is a crosswalk right in front of the property and it is an easy walk. Everything was exactly as pictured and we wouldn’t change a thing about our visit!

Paradise

We had the best time in Navarre. We needed a last minute 4th of July booking and this was perfect! The condo was as described and clean. Location to the beach was directly across the road and you have a beautiful view of the bay from the balcony. The complex was quiet even though it was full. Close to everything you’d need. We would stay here again! Thanks Navarre for a great weekend!

Great stay!

Property was great! Close to beach and very convenient to other amenities. The first night we found a huge Florida Palmetto bug - which was concerning because I dislike bugs - but didn’t see another afterwards. We have since been told by locals these are common in the area. One night there was a water outage at some locations on the island (to include this location) but the property manager took care of us.

The occasional presence of local, common bugs does happen, and we appreciate your understanding. We do apologize for the island water outage that occurred during your stay. We appreciated all grace while the utility company worked into the night to get it rectified. We very disappointed in the property. Based on the reviews and being advertised as “newly renovated,” we were hoping for an awesome stay! The noise from the neighbors above was constant-2:00 am slamming doors, stomping; vacuuming at 6:00 am, the list goes on and on. There was no place to store luggage as master closet was packed with junk. There was no storage for clothes aside from a bookshelf that was as filled with artificial flowers and vases. The den was unusually configured, forcing us to watch the tv across a breakfast table. No local stations were available, only streaming services. Shower in the master didn’t work. Thank goodness there was a second one in the unit. Bed mattress was thin and uncomfortable. We would not choose to stay here again!

Property was exactly as described. Convenient walk across the street to the beach and easy access to many local area attractions. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again next year!

We loved our stay! It’s just a short walk to the beach. My kids loved the pool and visiting the sound. This condo was in the perfect spot to do it all!
