- Free on-site parking. Limit of 4 vehicles per home.
- Driveway available. The garage has been converted into a game room.
- One-side street parking: vehicles are allowed to park on designated sides of the street, as indicated by street signs.
- No parking on grass or blocking the sidewalks
- Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, or boats are not allowed.
- Vehicles in violation of parking policy will be towed at the guest's expense.
• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1. Cost: $35 per day.
2. Notice: Must be requested 48 hours in advance.
3. Minimum Duration: 2 consecutive days.
4. Maximum Temperature: 95°F.
5. Cold Weather Limitations: The heater works via heat exchange and will not work effectively in cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we cannot offer a refund.
6. Pool & Spa: The attached spa is part of the main pool system and cannot be heated independently. Both share the same water temperature.
Pool heater pumps have a built-in safety mechanism to prevent the system from overheating when working overtime in freezing conditions. They will shut off temporarily to recover their efficiency.
Please keep in mind that this service is optional and subject to availability.

We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started. You can stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
Please bring your own washcloths as we only provide towels.

Please discard the trash in the bench or bin daily to keep a clean home.
• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
• ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY
Please note that the USPS does not deliver to vacation homes as they do not recognize them as standard residential addresses; packages will be returned to the sender.
To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
Depending on the resort's policies:
Clubhouse Delivery: Packages may be routed to the resort clubhouse (additional fees may apply).
Delivery Restrictions: Some resorts may not accept packages on behalf of guests.
Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any unexpected issues with your online purchases.
