Horseshoe Valley House offers ideal accommodations for families, couples and small group. Come and relax with the whole family and friends at this peaceful place!

Forested property, located 7-10 min drive from Horseshoe Valley Ski Resort and Vetta SPA. Our property is ideal for hiking, bird watching and enjoying all the nature has to offer. Guests will be greeted by the an impressive security entrance gate of the driveway. Beyond you will find a newly renovated first floor with spacious primary rooms. Eat-in kitchen with open concept leaving room with a fireplace and seating area, with a walk out to the backyard. Guests can also enjoy the 4 guests sauna and the 5 guests hot tub.

Guests will enjoy the all main floor of the house and the finished lower level of the house.

We stay available at any time during your stay by email, text messages, via or phone.

Our place is on with in a short drive to so many local amenities- quick drive to Horseshoe Valley Sky Resort, Vetta Nordic Spa, to golf courses, ski hills, breweries, winners, casino, race track, snow mobile, trails, cross country ski trails, zoo, great shopping, airport and several lakes.

HOUSE RULES
• Smoking is not permitted in the house , please smoke outside and cigarette butts must be put out in the cigarette disposal.

• No outdoor shoes in the house , remove shoes in the entranceways.

• Please no food outside the kitchen and dinning area.

• Clean any spills up immediately. Cleaning supplies along with broom, mop and vacuum cleaner can be found in the closet beside the bathroom.

• A general clean up is required upon checkout. Please leave the cottage in the same condition as it was at the time of check in.

• Keep the property and all furnishing/contents in good order. If property and contents are not properly maintained, damage and cleaning fees may be applied.

• Put all your garbage in the large bags that are located under the kitchen sink. At the end of your stay you are responsible to pick your own garbage. Do not leave it on the property.

• Please respect our neighbourhood as this is a family oriented community, absolutely no loud noise after 11pm.

- Parking on the street is not permitted at any time.

• We have a septic system so please do not flush sanitary products or diapers down the toilets. Use the garbage cans provided.

• Guests are fully responsible for safe and appropriate use of all property, water facilities, boating , swimming, ice fishing etc.

• Please double check all your belongings before you check out; we will not be responsible for anything is lost.
