PET
Your 1 pet is considered by written application only. A description of your pet is required. Breed, Size, Age. Small, non shedding, hypoallergic. Do not book then advise as we do not wish to disappoint if your pet is not approved. Pet Stay Fee applies. Refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions for Pet responsibility. Property is fenced. No liablility shall be accepted if you leave your pet and it is not contained within the boundary.

LINEN
A full bed and bathroom linen package is included with all bookings to cater for as many guests. BYO Beach towels.

BOOKING POLICY
A Security deposit of $1500 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.

No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests 28+ will be considered. Instant bookings are subject to approval, pending the return by email, of the Booking Terms & Conditions pdf within 24 hours. Failure to complete the Booking Terms & Conditions pdf within 24 hours or not meeting any requirements of the Booking Terms may result in automatic cancellation.

CODE OF CONDUCT
