Check in process is easy. Communication is great from booking to check out. This condo is located towards the quieter end of the beach and is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beach. View of the beach from balcony is fantastic. Overall great experience. Highly recommend Southern and Regency Towers!

the condo was nice perfect view....but inside the condo no washer and dryer and some of the light bulbs were burnt which needs to be attended too.

Overall Great Stay

Overall, our stay was great and the space looked exactly like the photos—clean, comfortable, and just as advertised. The only drawback was the kitchen, which was quite bare. We expected a few basic essentials like salt, pepper, and cooking spray, but ended up having to purchase everything ourselves.It wasn’t a major issue since we only cooked a few meals, but if you're planning to cook regularly or for a larger group, be prepared to bring or buy basic pantry items and some cleaning supplies. Still, it was a lovely stay and perfect for a low-key getaway.

Beach Vacation

My family had a wonderful time on this beach vacation! The location was fantastic. Just a short walk out the door right to the pier and on the beach in minutes. The view from the balcony made spending time outside so relaxing. We even saw some dolphins. The pool was very nice and clean. It was the perfect size for our family of three.

Anniversary Stay

This condo was in a great location right outside of the main strip. Wasn’t overcrowded, nice beach, nice pool, and the condo was top notch with a great view. Will definitely be staying again!

Not renovated, old, rundown, unclean

This place IS NOT renovated. The paint on the ceiling is cracked throughout the condo. The appliances are old, look at the pictures. It still looks like that. The furnishings are over 30 years old, and were cheap when new. Look at which way the fridge opens. What you don’t see is the dented, scratched up, rusty side of the fridge. I don’t know if it’s rust spots or grunge on the ceilings and doors. It’s not even that the appliances were old and rusty, or that the dishes in the cabinet weren’t clean (the detergent holder in the dishwasher is missing it’s cap so the detergent sticks to the bottom of the dishwasher), or the stained, probably unclean bedding. The management company dropped the ball. We asked if we could have a later check-out time, they said “no”, which is fine, but when my husband opened our door 10 minutes before checkout to take our luggage down, there was the housekeeper to make sure we left by 9. We decided to extend our trip by a few days but went somewhere else with different management. I'm so turned off by this condo that I wouldn’t want to stay in that complex again or rent through Southern.

Great beach, outdated condo complex

Complex feels tired and outdated—underwhelming. Needs a lot of updating to have any significant curb appeal. First beach rental I have ever been to that had not washer/dryer in the unit. Our unit was clean and attractively furnished, but the kitchen faucet was loose and the furniture knobs in the bedroom were loose: I was worried something was going to break off and I would be charged for it. Oh, and the bedroom curtains are so thin that they let in too much light for sleeping past 6:45 in the morning. However, the only bad thing about our stay was that we had to leave two days early due to a sudden medical problem my wife had developed. Don’t get me wrong: there are much worse places in the area to stay, but this one was just sort of middle-of-the-road.

Pensacola Beach

Complex is in a wonderful location and layout of this condo was exceptional. Unfortunately the dishes were not clean when we arrived and trash can had dried food in the bottom. The dishwasher detergent dispenser was broken - maybe that is why the dishes were not clean? The deck was nice but near an air conditioner vent so it was noisy. All this is acceptable, but the deal breaker was the dirt or black mold on the ceiling.

Needs some attention

Overall the unit was in good condition but the shower curtain was moldy and needs to be cleaned or replaced. And one of the two beds was extremely uncomfortable to the point our back ached for 2 days.
