The view from this condo was amazing! It was always so nice to sit out on the balcony. Everything in the condo was well cared for. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Condo was clean. Did not include many of the basics such as aluminum foil, plastic wrap, parchment paper. The check out instructions are to run the dishwasher, but we only got one thing of dishwasher soap. So we either ran them when we checked out, or ran them once during the week. Our family rented two condos in this facility at the same time. The other was an identical condo two stories down. This condo was 200 more and was not nearly as nicely stocked or furnished. We preferred the other condo. Again, not a bad condo, just not the best.

The condo was very cleaned and the kitchen well stocked. Great pool and ocean view. Be mindful that you will have to drive to eat and shop but it wasn't very far. Only concern was that the beach refurbishment project was underway and we were not informed when we made the reservation. Our beach access was closed on the first day but then open the remainder of the time. I would have liked to have been informed, maybe I would have still chosen this location, or maybe not.

Great view of the beach front, but we could not hear the waves because of the loud noise from the air conditioner vent on the balcony. Balcony is small. Internet is very slow. TV situation needs updating. Air conditioner would not get cooler than 73 degrees. Bedrooms are much warmer than the living area. My daughter and her husband left early because they were so hot and uncomfortable at night. No hair dryer. No glass wine glasses. Wine glasses were cheap plastic ones. One night we had to evacuate the building because the fire alarms went off. Regency Towers is a great location for beach access, but it needs updating, especially 601 West.

Lovely getaway!

Wonderful spot overlooking the beach, stocked with all the conveniences you can imagine. Spacious for a 2-bedroom condo and very nicely furnished. Would definitely return.

Fun at the beach

My husband, his sister and I were at the beach for a family reunion. The property was clean and easy with plenty of kitchen necessities and room to spread out. Plus, a beautiful view.

Great place for a getaway

The location is a few miles from the restaurants, but an easy drive. The secluded area was a draw for my wife and me . The check in was so easy and accommodations were exactly what we expected . The staff @ Regency Towers does a great job with keeping the place up to date and safe . I would recommend this place and hope to stay again .

Beautiful Gulf front condo

Spectacular views from this beautifully renovated and spotless unit. Easy access to the Gulf and pool, plentiful parking, and well maintained property.

Our favorite!

We love Pensacola and have stayed at Regency Towers multiple times. This unit is hands down our favorite! Great view. Loved the way it’s decorated. Tons of room for our family, including those extended ones who stayed in a separate unit. We’ll definitely stay at this condo again!

Clean and convenient condo

Condo was nicely furnished and had a nice view of the beach. As far as the cons, the 9 AM check out is a little early and inclusion of some basic kitchen spices/cooking spray/coffee filters would have been appreciated. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Great property

The condo is so spacious! We were shocked at how big it is. It’s in a peaceful area, just a couple of miles from the Casino Boardwalk area with great restaurants. The only advice I have for people booking this condo is to make sure to bring some extra trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper.

Pensacola First Time

Everything was wonderful for our first trip to Pensacola Beach, the condo was great, perfect location for easy access to the beautiful beach, not overly commercial area, we will return!

Perfect condo right on the beach!

We had a great time staying here. The condo was clean and updated, with gorgeous views of the gulf. It was a quick easy walk to the beach. Side note- bring literally everything that you will need. From ziplocs/Tupperware to cooking spray to seasonings to extra toilet paper, dishwasher pods/soap. Otherwise a perfect stay in a great complex in a beautiful area!

Mostly great

Everything was great except the balcony was small & we had to shut the air conditioner off while using the balcony because of the hot air blowing from the unit. Also, the water being shut off the last 18 hours we were there was unfortunate!!!

Could have been a better process

Don't like how I am not able to report things when I first check in. Damaged areas and when it states there should be 2 keys I only see one. Don't want to pay for things I didn't do

Ongoing Bldg Maint

Building maintenance scheduled since last July never communicated to individual short term renters. Had I known I would have gone to a different location. Left 3 weeks early due to noise and intrusion by workers coming in and out of the condo. Very disappointed......
