We’re very sorry for the issues you experienced during your stay. The irrigation malfunction and resulting conditions in the backyard are certainly not what we want guests to encounter, and we understand how this would have affected your enjoyment of the outdoor areas. Your comments regarding mosquitoes, the pool condition, and the screened enclosure have been noted and the irrigation was addressed as soon as it was reported. Keep in mind that the pool service comes on a weekly basis you might have missed him. We also apologize for the inconvenience related to the ice maker and the TV in the primary bedroom. While we’re glad the TV was replaced during your stay, we regret that it was not fully programmed keep in mind it is set up for streaming services and you are always able to log in with your own password. Your feedback is valuable and helps us identify areas that need improvement to ensure a better experience for future guests.
