We were so excited to snag this condo for a last minute vacation! It exceeded our expectations!! We loved the location, the balcony, the view and especially the lazy river! Great communication from the host, easy check in, awesome parking garage and convenient carts. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Great stay

We love this rental property! Excellent communication from the owner and very clean! This is a great location - quiet and away from crowds, but only a short drive to restaurants and the beach.

Quiet stay

POB2 is a beautiful spot with nice amenities and close to many beaches. We had a restful week away.

Great vacation!

This property was perfect for my family! It was close to everything and the staff were all very friendly. I highly recommend if you want to be in a quiet and low traffic area.

Family spring break

Beautiful room and property! Indoor pool and outdoor pool were perfect options for any weather. Also utilized the boat slips, 10/10 would stay again! Thank you!

Excellent Vacation Spot

A great property in an excellent location away from the hustle and bustle of the beach but close enough to enjoy all the vacation spots. The property was in great shape and the lazy river is a big plus. Jodi is a great host and responded quickly to my questions. Highly recommend.

Rest/relax time

We really enjoyed our few days here. The convenience of having our boat right outside our room was great . We also enjoyed the lazy river . The room had everything we needed. Hopefully we will do this again soon!

Beautiful

Large accomodations great views, nicely decorated, excellent alarm system,garbage truck broke a water pipe. I would stay there again. I was so comfortable never even went site seeing, just relaxed.

TALK ABOUT CLEAN

This condo was absolutely the cleanest I've ever stayed in. Really! It was perfect for two couples and two little boys excited about the lazy river and indoor pool. I would definitely stay here again. Jodi is awesome to work with.

I am a bit OCD when it comes to the cleanliness of my condos.... good thing for my renters! If I wouldn't stay in it...neither should you. This condo has it all!!!

Spotless. Perfect location within the complex. Jodi and her team—over the top! Not our first stay here and will return every chance we get. Not enough positive words for Jodi and this location!

No crowds !

I have stayed at a bunch of different properties in orange beach, and this is first time that it felt like it was NOT crowded. Lazy river was very calm because very few people were in it. Didn’t have to look for carts to get stuff in and out of your condo. Great trip !

Great property!

I can't say enough great things about this property and host. The place was very clean and all the hard surfaces were sanitized before our arrival. The furniture is all clean and comfy. The host was always available by cell and very responsive. The views were fantastic and the kids loved the pool and slide. Everything just went very well and we had a wonderful time.

Great comfortable & roomy condo. Very clean & well maintained.

My family & I throughly enjoyed our stay. Very well maintained. We had a great time. Can’t wait to book again for this summer. 1 small suggestion: replace the couch it wasn’t very comfortable at all. The living room furniture in general could be a bit more comfy. But overall we loved it- well worth our money!!

Orange Beach fall visit

We always enjoy staying at the Phoneix on the Bay II property. This property in NOT beach front so it is much quieter than beach front ones. The condo unit was in like new condition, clean and stocked with the needed items for our week+ stay. Jodie (condo owner) was ready to answer any questions and is a very good host. Highly recommend this property and unit
