We had a great stay! The condo was nice, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was very responsive and communicated quickly whenever needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Great trip!!

We had such a great trip to Carolina Beach! We loved our stay, enjoyed exploring the area, and met so many wonderful people along the way. Everyone was so friendly and made our time there even more enjoyable. We made some great memories and would definitely love to come back!

Very nice unit at the Cabana, which is an excellent location for proximity to the beach and boardwalk. Amenities and upgrades were perfect.

Would recommend. A fun area to be in, much to do and see. Unit was clean and comfortable without any disturbances. View of the beach and boardwalk from the second floor balcony.

The property is great! Has its own parking plus is walking distance to all major locations. Plus this views. Communication was super easy with just a simple text and I would receive an answer. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Amazing Stay in Carolina Beach

We had such a relaxing stay at La Mare Vita. The views were incredible, the space was well equipped, and the location couldn’t be better. Steps to the beach and close to everything made our trip easy and fun. Highly recommend!

Best Beach Getaway

This was a great beach spot for our weekend trip. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony listening to the waves and walking to all the local restaurants and boardwalk. The condo was spotless and comfortable for our group of four. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Location and Views

La Mare Vita exceeded our expectations. Being right on the ocean was incredible and we enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony each morning. The unit was clean and the iTrip team were great hosts. We can’t wait to come back!

Great Stay!

Our stay was everything we hoped for! The condo was very clean, well-stocked, and had a beautiful oceanfront view. Wonderful, updated condo in a great location

Condo has thoughtful upgrades throughout and was very clean. The location is wonderful and allows you to easily access the boardwalk without being directly on top of it. Check-in/out process was incredibly smooth.

Great experience

Had a wonderful trip to Carolina beach and the condo was fantastic. Very handicap accessible. I really enjoyed being walking distance from the beach and our view was great. The property management made it feel like home away from home.

Fantastic stay!

Beautiful condo and perfect location! Only negative (and it’s only a preference—not really a negative) is there was so much white-bedspreads, towels etc).! Love iTrip-checked to see if we needed anything upon check-in, once during stay -great experience! Thank you! See ya next year!

Yearly Family Summer Vacation

This unit was so much as advertised and then some. Location was the best. Amenities were great. My contacts from iTrip, Madison, Alex, Jade and Elena were so professional and helpful. Will most likely book again for next year.

Carolina Beach Trip August 2024

Our stay was very enjoyable! The condo was very clean and very well stocked with essential items with a very nice view. Very accessible to the boardwalk and other local amenities. The only negative thing about our stay was having only one elevator in the complex which was on the South end of the property, while we were located on the North end of the property.

Great location

Very easy to access and get too! The only complaint would be the front bathroom tub and as hard to use because of the knobs other than that it was a great condo! Lots of space for us 4 a nice little kitchen and I enjoyed the freezer having an ice maker! Our kids loved it they walked in and was so excited about it and how they had there own bathroom!

Nice Location

Stayed here with my husband and 6 year old. Location is very convenient/easy access to beach and boardwalk. Accommodations were as described. Easy check in and check out process. Only complaint that I communicated was that the shower heads should definitely be replaced. But other than that, it was as expected.
