Beautiful cozy house to stay in. Pet friendly but we decided to leave our dog with family. Can’t say enough on how nice and clean this house was and really comfortable!

Property was clean and quiet with plenty room. It was a short walk to Main Street, but a little too far in the hotter weather to walk to the main stretch of shops and restaurants. This was not a problem at all as there was ample parking around town even on a busy holiday weekend.

The place was very nice, (a little low on coffee and toilet paper) but not a problem. The location was great! We would definitely stay there again.

Felton, glad the location landed the way it did for you. A note taken on the coffee and paper supplies, both are being stocked heavier going forward so the next group has more than enough from the moment they walk in. The Hill Country has a way of pulling people back, and when you are ready to return, the property sits just as well in the cooler months as it does in summer. Hope to have you out here again soon!

Beau, a quick Fredericksburg getaway that earned a perfect ten tells us the house did exactly what it needed to do. That Hill Country reset has a way of sneaking up on you, and we love being the spot where it happens. Next time you find yourself with a free weekend, come back in wildflower season and give yourself one extra night. The bluebonnets alone are worth the drive, and the property hits differently when you are not rushing back.

Ashley, a perfect retreat is exactly what we aim for out here in the Hill Country, and hearing you felt that makes it worthwhile. The house sits in good country, and there is always more of it to take in. Next time you come back, get out on the water or find one of the local wineries just down the road. Either way, we will have the house ready and waiting for you.

Max, a clean and relaxing stay is exactly what the Hill Country is for, and a 10 out of 10 tells us the house delivered it. Come back when the bluebonnets are out in spring and take a morning drive through the back roads before the crowds roll in. There is nothing quite like this part of Texas that time of year, and having a comfortable home base to return to after a long day out makes all the difference.

Shane, coming back is the highest thing a guest can say about a place, and we will absolutely be ready for you. The Hill Country has a different look to it every season, so whenever you are ready to return, the house will be waiting. Come back in the fall when the evenings cool down and the sunsets over the cedar breaks are something else entirely.

We enjoyed the quiet, cozy retreat. Great natural light and easy parking. The bed was comfortable. The location not too far from main was very convenient. There is minimal space to hang clothes.

Kim, a short drive to Main Street and a 10 out of 10 says you found the right base for a Hill Country trip. Fredericksburg has a way of pulling people back, and when you are ready to return, the fall wine trail season is something else from this property. Hope to have you again soon!

Weekend getaway

Cozy and quaint and really love the antique decor, the pillows and bed were very comfortable great location and we really enjoyed the stay. Highly recommend for weekend stay.

Robin, next year cannot come fast enough! That one-line review says everything, and we will have the house ready and waiting when you make it back out to the Hill Country. If you have not yet caught a Fredericksburg weekend during peach season, that is worth timing your return around.

Nice weekend getaway with neat antique decor and a great location. Main drawback was the living room wifi wouldn’t allow us to watch tv. A luggage rack or two would be a nice addition too. Met the owner, and she was very sweet and helped with restaurant suggestions. Thank you for sharing your home.
