GUESTS

- Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in

- Please do not book on behalf of other people.

- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.

- For guest safety, external security cameras are installed at the front entrance only. These do not monitor any internal or private spaces.



Guest Verification & Damage Deposit

-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 500AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".

-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.

-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.

-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.



RULES

- No pets.

- No smoking.

- No parties.

- Visitors are not allowed to overnight.

- Quiet time: 9pm to 8am.

- Please note that there are security cameras at this property

- Complementary bathroom products including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand wash.

Booked this home from 27th Jan to 1st Feb 26. As a family getaway, I flew in from the uk, so wanted something special, special is not what I got. From day 1 we had to wait over 30 mins for entry, couldn’t use the pool as it was freezing, as pool heater broken, bbq broke & filthy, poor air on in whole off house, could go on on, on our last night around 6pm, all electrics went in the house, we were left in darkness. The whole house is in poor state of repair. The advertised photos are miss leading.

Well Im going to start with the negatives as I like to end on a positive note. Stayed in summer on 2 days that were 38 degrees, air con was only available to 2 rooms, the main dining/kitchen area and the TV room. This was insufficient for the hot days in the bedrooms and especially the upstairs mezzanine (which was like an oven) and unfortunately the aircon in the TV room blew out warm air for the first 24 hours, after that was coolish. Bedrooms did have overhead fans, however the fan in the master bedroom would only work if the light was on, so luckily they had a floor fan. Was told that there was a bathroom in the upstairs room, there was not. Kitchen stovetop had 2 burners not working, also the toaster didnt work and the fridge leaked water (not a lot). Upstairs mezzanine could have done with a fly wire screen so you could open the door to let the breeze in also one of the chairs on the balcony was held together with zip ties. The BBQ is a fire hazard, thought we might like to have some lamb chops but must have been a lot of fat in the bottom as it burst into flames and wouldnt go out for about 15 mins, was a bit scary.As for the positives, you cannot fault that view….WOW, was absolutely stunning overlooking the ocean, gorgeous breeze coming in. House is beautiful in a great, quiet location close enough to eateries etc. Great kitchen/dinning area with everything you need including coffee pod machine, air fryer, microwave etc….. Beds were really comfy.
