We stayed here for 3 weeks with our 3 children and small dog while our primary residence had some construction work. The listing was accurate, the apartment was very clean and well appointed, and we were very comfortable during our stay. The location is convenient for access to the Metro North and Bronx River Parkway. We also enjoyed the building amenities of the pool, rooftop, and virtual golf. We would stay here again.

Overall the place was great but the onsite parking is a disaster. A forced valet system that rarely worked and added extra wait time with every request. The link to the parking app/text function never showed up on my phone despite providing my cell number. Otherwise stay was fine.

Host requires add'l paperwork and photos, even after booking and paying on the VRBO site. Every time we called them, we were sent to a call center in Washington D.C. and the gentleman was very kind but could not help much. Had to find another place to stay last-minute and the story the host gave VRBO was much different than what we were told directly by the host. All-around poor host. Property was clean, served its purpose, and was in a good location. One bathroom is apparently near a vent of some sort b/c it smelled HEAVILY of cigarette smoke or weed to the point where we had to keep the bathroom door shut all the time. Concierge at the desk was great and would highly recommend the property but NOT the host.

Excellent location and great apartment. Very pet friendly. Short walking distance to the Metro North train to NYC. Crazy, poor and unnecessarily last minute communication with customer service.

Seamless. Great location! 5 min walk to the train!! Clean safe a great view and onsite parking. We used it as our base to explore NYC for a week. Would definitely stay here again and use Global Luxury Suites.

Brief Stay

Travelled to Westchester for a funeral. Needed space to sleep 4 adults for 7 nights. Apartment was well kept, clean and had all we needed. Staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location and lovely unit in a beautiful building

Nice modern building with parking and concierge. Lovely, well stocked, modern apartment with floor to ceiling windows and a view. Easy stay. Would return.

The unit was spacious and comfortable. Nice amenities in the building although I was there for work and did not get to use them.

I was disappointed to learn after booking that the check in was virtual and there was no one on site to speak to. The concerns I shared by email with the owner and vrbo went unanswered although I was told my concerns were received and a response would be forthcoming, I received no response. While the apartment was ok I would not stay there again. The concierge at the property who had no connection to vrbo or the owner was great.

Disappointed stay

Apartment was acceptable, with a few problems. 1. The apartment was insufferably hot and air conditioning not available. 2. Bosch clothing dryer did not work, forcing me to make trips to local laundromat. 3. Hallways were dirty. This apartment was not worth hefty rentsl price.

Global Luxury Suites is a HORRIBLE property management company. After forcing me to send a picture of my license and credit card to a very sketchy 3rd party portal, we almost couldn’t check in. I was told there would be keys left with the front desk - there was nothing when we arrived. I had to call the company and wait on hold a long time (it was over an hour with tired kids in the lobby before we could go upstairs) only to learn there was another Global Luxury Suites customer waiting for the exact same reason in the lobby. Communication is abysmal. The company seems borderline fraudulent with how unreliable every step of this process was. I couldn’t recommend anything less. The apartment itself was nice, but that says more about the building than this company.
