Welcome to your 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom fabulous apartment in Reid. Perfectly positioned in a melting pot of design, culture, food and fashion, our apartment encourages you to discover the unique attractions and authentic cultural emersion of Canberra, Australia.

You can access all the property's amenities throughout your stay. Please read our listing thoroughly to find answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).

BEDROOM:
The rooms offer a memorable experience and exceptional stay with upscale comfort, enhanced by impressive interior design. The bedrooms have queen-sized and twin-single beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.

BATHROOM:
Revive and renew in the spacious bathroom after a long day at work or exploring Canberra, it has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.

KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- microwave
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher

We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee, and tea. If you want to have a culinary experience, feel free to bring food from fresh produce and local suppliers in Canberra, the kitchen is open so you can enjoy the whole apartment while making a meal.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts to enjoy your favourites programs. It also has access to local channels. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account.

BALCONY:
Enjoy a coffee in the morning or gather for special moments in this beautifully balcony filled with natural light and homely touches.

LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.

PARKING:
The residential garage can fit up to 1 car.

COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
You will have access to the building's pool (Metropol 3, 5th Floor), BBQ Area (Metropol 2, 5th Floor), Common Garden / Courtyard / Rooftop (Metropol 2 and 3, 5th floor), and nearby park throughout your stay.

The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm availability of common areas.

There is a key-safe for self check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee.

I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need. I can also provide you with any tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!

Positioned close to the Canberra Centre and Glebe Park, you're surrounded by incredible restaurants, cafés, and bars with the Canberra CBD at your doorstep.

Situated at the northern tip of Glebe Park this apartment offers the best of both worlds.

Feel like going out? Set foot outside at any hour, day and night, and walk straight into the epi-center of Canberra with the city’s most popular shopping and dining precincts right on your doorstep. Reconnect with nature by taking a leafy stroll through Glebe Park or having a picnic under the trees.

This apartment puts you within moments of everything you could want–
international food and fashion, thriving bars and nightlife, cultural sights, theatres, and galleries, as well as leading universities and schools.

For business guests, it is within walking distance to a number of the major government departments.

Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard check-in/out times. We need to collect $50 for every hour, or increment thereof, of delayed check out.

2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result to a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.

3. The cleaning fee covers the regular cleaning and linens in the property. As this is not a hotel, please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be requested (minimum of $50).

4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy on our Airbnb listing.

5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay in our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.

6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of people that can book the property. Any non-guests must leave by 10:00 pm. And there should strictly be no loud noise after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty if this house rule is breached.

7. There are some items in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk) which you are welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics (i.e. muesli). We don't stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.

8. I list my property as not suitable for kids or infants as it is not child-proofed and we don't have baby amenities (i.e. high chair, cot). However, if the kids will be under adult supervision at all times, booking with children is no problem.
