Glorious views of Paine Hollow and Wellfleet Harbor! Water views from almost every room in the house.

Perched atop a bluff, this comfortable home combines quintessential Cape Cod style with modern conveniences--a wonderful beach house for your family gathering.

Enter a spacious living room with comfortable seating and flat screen smart TV with cable (fireplace is decorative, not for tenant use). A door from the living room leads to large front deck. Just off the living room is a small sun room/office. Amazing water views from the living room and sun room.

The nicely equipped eat-in kitchen is on the other side of the living room. The kitchen has a dining table, solid surface range, dishwasher, microwave and drip coffeemaker. Just off the kitchen is a half bathroom and door to the yard.

All of the home's four bedrooms are on the second floor. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, one has a full (double) bed and one has a twin and a bunk bed. Two of the bedrooms have smart TVs. There is also a full bathroom with tub/shower on this floor.

Washer/dryer in unfinished basement.

Air conditioning: There is central air conditioning on the second floor only. Window air conditioner unit in the first floor sun room.

Enjoy the large front deck with panoramic views of Paine Hollow and Wellfleet Harbor. The deck has both dining and lounging furniture--you will likely only leave the deck to visit the water below! Just off the deck is a gas grill and an enclosed outdoor shower.

A private path from the house leads to stairs to the water below. Swimming, kayaking and sunbathing (tide dependent). An amazing spot for beachcombing and taking in Wellfleet's natural beauty.

Enjoy exploring the nearby conservation trails at Fox Island Marsh and the Pilgrim Spring Conservation Area.

Short drive to all Wellfleet has to offer including a ten-minute drive to Wellfleet center and harbor for restaurants, galleries and shops. Short drive to the town's bay and ocean beaches and beloved fresh water ponds. Short drive to the Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking and walking, Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and sites and Mass Audubon's Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
