Kaibo is what you have dreamed about when you think about an island getaway. It's fun, exciting, romantic, peacful and more all wrapped into one. We have a beautiful beach, a view that looks like a postcard and all the amenities you could want or need for a tropical paradise. Come visit us at Kaibo Yacht Club C24 on Grand Cayman. You will not be disappointed.

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom property is designed to make you feel the comforts of home with the beauty of an island that you desire. You will find comfortable bedding, a theme that complements the views and a sense of calm that can only be experienced and not explained. Some call it a vibe... you can call it what you like, but its amazing!!!

Steps from the lanai, find a gorgeous infinity pool and spa to relax and enjoy the views. You can stare at the blues of the sea during the day and star gaze in the night. Grand Cayman has such a beautiful sky view each evening.

The convenience of Kaibo will also not be beat. You are right on the sand with the Kaibo Yacht Club where the dining is delicious and the friendly staff and guests have a great time each day and evening. Every Tuesday, Kaibo offers evening music, dancing and a BBQ cook out you won't soon forget.

Also on the beach you have access to a boat company offering Bioluminescent Bay tours, Wind Surfing, Stingray City and More.

Randy's condo was the perfect spot to enjoy the peaceful north end. Its proximity to Kaibo Beach Club was an unexpected surprise. The condo was clean and comfortable; the beach was private and the pool was delightful. There are several restaurant options within an easy distance and lots of excursion opportunities from the Kaibo dock or the Rum Point dock. Randy was very "reachable" if we had a question.

We loved this unit! Favorite place was the screened porch and with comfortable furniture, made it very enjoyable to be out there. Unit is clean, well maintained and quality furnishings and decor throughout. Kitchen well stocked. Beds comfortable. Even ample amount of dresser, closet space, and hangars for your clothes! Having restaurant and swimming pool within walking distance was a nice plus. Randy was very responsive to all questions. We had a minor issue and he was right on top of it. Would definitely recommend this home! Thank you Randy for an awesome vacation!

My family stayed for 12 days. Waking up in the sunshine and watching beautiful sunsets together. We like to explore when we travel which makes the location of our stays important. This place couldn’t be in a better spot on the island. Having Kaibo next door was key for coffee and dinners. Starfish point is a short walk, rum point is a long walk, bioluminescent bay is a good kayak ride away, and the south side beaches were about an hour’s drive. Ray Dayz charters will pick you up at Kaibo’s dock and take you 10 minutes to amazing snorkeling and another 10 minutes to stingray City. Great, peaceful location! The condo is well equipped but the master bed needs to be updated. The screened in porch is a nice feature and got a bit of use. The kayaks and paddle board were great to have as well.

Great sunsets, very quiet and relaxing. Nice walk to Star Fish Point every morning. Pool was awesome and everyone was super friendly and helpful.

Perfect place near Kaibo Yacht Club

The condo was perfect for our needs. There were 2 nice sized bedrooms and bathrooms. The amenities were great. We were right on the beach and close to a lot of stuff. The owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

We had plenty of space and lots of great amenities at this property! We stayed for 4 nights and loved the proximity to the beach, Kaibo, and the rest of this part of the island. The house was very comfortable for us, a family of 4 with older kids. Owner is very helpful and responsive and the experience was easy as well as memorable!

Amazing Condo!

We loved our time in Kaibo at the amazing condo. The location can’t be beat and the host thought of everything we need to have a wonderful time. From kayaking & paddle boards to spices in the kitchen and every type of glass we could possibly need, this condo was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay with friends in this wonderful unit. Any questions and/or concerns were responded to very quickly. The location was perfect for our vacation. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks very much. We didn't use the paddleboards but would like to on our return visit. We highly recommend this location and unit.

Perfect location for some much needed R&R

The property was out of town but close to many of the island's activities, walked every morning to Starfish point and caught boat to stingray island out our back door. All the amenities were as described. We plan on going back. Highly recommend for a laid back vacation.

Great location, unit as described in listing

Location is great near Rum Point. Much quieter part of the island vs. 7 mile beach area which is what our family prefers. You could walk or kayak to Starfish Point, catch charters from Rum Point. Unit was as described in listing and met all of our needs.

Quiet Paradise

My husband have stayed at various places all of the island every time we’ve visited, but this was by far our favorite! It was beautiful, quiet, and not crowded, which is what we love. Very convenient to the Kaibo Yacht Club, which has great food and drinks and a wonderful coffee bar. Rum Point is also right down the road and they have a great lunch and dinner, as well. The property is extremely clean and exceptionally equipped with everything you’d need. The kayaks are a wonderful addition to take out and see starfish on Starfish Point. The only problem we had, was we wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Great time

Great water view from our condo’s 2 lounge chairs ! Very convenient location to Kaibo restaurant and coffee shop, pool /hot tub and Starfish Point! We also really enjoyed the bikes, kayaks & paddle board. Condo was very clean & we liked that everything was provided including bath items, beach towels, etc.

Very nice stay

We've been to Grand Cayman five times and stayed at five different places around the island. Rum Point is quiet and suits my wife and I very well. It's a little quiet for our teenaged kids. The place was clean and well-appointed with enough space for the four of us. It was nice having the bikes and sea kayaks to use. I look forward to our next visit to the island and will most likely stay here again.

Perfect location!!

Plenty of space for our family of three. We made use of the kayaks and paddle board. Steps away from shared pool and hot tub area, which was cleaned by maintenance every day. There was a scheduling error with the housekeeper on the first day, but property manager and owner responded immediately and resolved the issue beyond our expectations. The community is delightful… we enjoyed the neighbors and the overall peacefulness of the property. Would gladly stay again.

We loved our stay at this condo!! Very clean and stocked well. The beach is private and and fun to walk along. Maybe not the best swimming beach but still great. Lots of good beaches very close by. All of it was better than we even expected. Thank you for having us :)

Paradise at Kaibo

Randy was the perfect host. Our questions were answered within minutes. The condo was beautiful, well stocked, comfortable and location amazing. Everything you need is steps outside your door. The beach, pool, restaurant, bikes, paddle board, kayaks. We even had a charter boat pull up to the launch next door and take us snorkeling and play with the stingrays. It doesn’t get more convenient. We had the best time making wonderful memories. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Wedding week stay

Great communication with owner. Condo was well appointed and very clean. Enjoyed using the kayaks, paddle boards, bike, nearby pool/hot tub, and having morning tea in the patio. We loved this location - as our son was married at nearby Kempa Kai house. We had a few delicious meals at Kaibo next door and Rum Point within walking distance. Our first trip to Grand Cayman, and it was truly amazing. Hope to get back.

Perfect Paradise

This was a perfect week at Grand Cayman / Kaibo. Property owner was quickly responsive and everything as posted. Even if I tired I couldn’t dig deep for a complaint . We will be back !
