Entertainment:

Colonial Kai is equipped with Samsung SMART TVs in the living area, and both bedrooms. The SMART TVs in the living area and primary bedroom have the local FLOW Cable channels along with SMART Apps. The SMART TV in the guest bedroom has SMART Apps. Users can log into their favorite subscriptions including Netflix, Prime, Amazon, etc.

Accommodation:

- A large Master Suite with a King bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and direct access to the large lanai is perfect for the couple that wants to get away from it all.  

- The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and an en-suite bathroom.

- Upon request these beds can be converted into a king-bed setup with a comfy topper to make this suitable for couples.  The condo can sleep up to 4 guests.

Fully Equipped:

The fully equipped modern kitchen has all of the appliances you'll need, including a Keurig coffee maker. The condo is also equipped with a full-size front-loading washer and dryer.

Essential Starter Pack Included:

Kitchen Essentials: Dishwashing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs, basic pantry items such as salt, pepper and coffee filters to get you started.

Home Essentials Include: Comprehensive starter pack including shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, a blow dryer, and an iron with board. Towels, linens and beach towels are also provided.

Convenient Location:

The popular Kaibo Beach Grill and Bar is next door, serving lunch and dinner. Rum Point Beach and the Red Sail Sports watersports operation are just around the corner - a 5-minute drive.  The Rum Point Water Ferry also runs daily from the Kaibo Yacht Club to Camana Bay at 7 Mile Beach.

You also have your own private BBQ grill and free use of a 1-person kayak plus a SUP - Stand Up Paddleboard!

The condo is beach-ready with 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a tote cooler. The calm waters in the surrounding area are ideal for kayaking.

The Kaibo Restaurant and Upstairs fine dining are located next door. Grab a wood-fired pizza or coffee and croissant from the on-site café, or explore nearby Rum Point — known for its beach, casual food, Red Sail Sports excursions, and famous Mud Slides.

Water Taxi & Excursions:

Skip the drive and catch the water taxi directly outside your condo to Camana Bay and Seven Mile Beach. Once there, explore shopping, dining, and nightlife, or cross the pedestrian bridge to access the beach on foot. Snorkel or dive in world-renowned Cayman waters, with great spots located right in front of the condo and around Rum Point.

Transportation options include:

• Car Rentals: Available through Kayak, Marshall's, or Andy's Rent-a-Car

• Bus Service: A convenient 5-minute walk to the nearest stop, with regular service along West Bay and Seven Mile Beach

Supermarket and Sunday Closures:

The closest grocery stores (Foster’s Express, Chisholm’s Grocery) are 15–20 minutes away.

Note: Grocery stores are closed on Sundays, but gas stations and restaurants remain open. Some gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays. Grocery delivery is available on request.
