Can’t say enough about this property! The studio and property grounds are immaculate and peaceful. Perfect for a couples getaway. Perfect location- feels quiet and remote however still just a few minutes from downtown cottonwood shops and restaurants. Great communication with glen and Kristen. 10/10- highly recommend. Can’t wait to come back!

Quiet and beautiful place tucked behind the owners house. Hot tub was quite nice and in warmer weather the pool would be fun. Recommend for a couple getting away from things.

Excellent Getaway

The property was beautiful and exactly as described. Glen and Kristen were wonderful hosts who let us have alone time in the gorgeous backyard, but were also available for questions/suggestions. Would highly recommend staying here!

Short trip away to recharge

My husband and I came to Cottonwood to get away and recharge. We had an excellent visit and would love to stay in this VRBO again!

Wow!

Beautiful views! Very clean and comfortable little place. We loved how eco friendly it was. Highly recommend this for a romantic hideaway!

Great location in AZ

We went to visit family, but the central location was great. Downtown Cottonwood had cute shops, wineries and restaurants. Close to Sedona, Jerome, Flagstaff, Williams and Grand Canyon is a 2 hr drive. The owner, Glen, takes great pride in having 5 star properties and taking care of his guests!

Quiet getaway with a view

This was the perfect spot for a nice, quiet getaway. The location was great and close enough to escape away for a day of hiking. Glen and Kristen are great property owners and responded very quickly with whatever we needed! I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Amazing!!!

What a perfect place for a getaway. Everything was perfect from the unit itself, to the property and the views around. Cottonwood was such a great little town for our travels to Sedona. Great hosts with thoughtful touches within the unit and around the property for enjoying the scenery. Thank you for an amazing trip.

Fresh

My daughter and I loved this place! It was fresh, bright, and just overall lovely! The salt water pool was perfect. Close to some really nice restaurants. Convenient to shopping for everyday needs too. Hosts were welcoming and very hospitable.

Quiet, private and so comfortable.

Greg and Kristen have created a magical little place to stay. A professional touch with all the amenities you need but also with that “home” charm. The location is outstanding with only a short drive to endless adventure, amazing food and beautiful landscapes. Book this place, just not when we are coming back haha.

Exceeded expectations

We were so glad we chose to stay here. Beautiful--and QUIET--surroundings, a clean, comfortable and well-stocked home, welcoming and thoughtful homeowners, and the perfect location to enjoy time outdoors and fantastic restaurants without the hectic traffic of Sedona itself. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot for our weekend in Cottonwood/Sedona

We absolutely loved this guest house and the adjacent yard with a pool and hot tub! From the moment we walked in, we felt warmly welcomed. Glen and Kristen thought of everything to make our stay relaxing and memorable. The pool felt great in the afternoon, and the hot tub was perfect in the evening. The interior of the guest house was extremely clean, cute, and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in town!

Birthday Getaway

What an amazing place to stay! Glen and Kristen have created the perfect getaway! The space is immaculate and meticulously thought out. The pool area is stunning. The casita and pool are completely private and quiet and is a perfect place to relax after a day exploring Sedona or Jerome. I

This place is a gem!

The location was a perfect blend of accessibility and privacy - within 2 hours of the Grand Canyon and everything in between. I can't overstate the comfort of the Guest House - I didn't want to leave the bed, but there were things to do and see! Luckily, we had that amazing pool to come back to in the heat of the afternoon. Thoughtful seating options, shade and games, as well. Glen and Kristen were so friendly and inviting and we can't wait to come back!

Rekindling

Quiet, Peaceful stay

Really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Loved making a cup of coffee and sitting outside in the morning watching the humming birds or catching the sunrise. At night, you can appreciate the stars and the quiet neighborhood. Great location if you are interested in seeing downtown Cottonwood, Jerome, or Sedona. Kristen and Glen provided snacks, area discounts, and above and beyond customer service. We will be back.
