Kapila Gardens Family Retreat with heated pool

Kapila Gardens is an incredible one acre garden wildlife & bird sanctuary with over 100 trees and local plants and cactus species, multiple gazebo sitting areas and heated swimming pool. which is perfect for small retreat programs and family reunions with its 3 bedroom main house plus 2 bedroom apartment included in the base price that can accommodate up to 10 people.
There are also 4 tiny house casitas and newly renovated garage space 20 x 20 ft which can be used as a extra large bedroom possibly sleeping 4 with a queen bed and queen size sofa bed couch table, reading chair electric fireplace ceiling fan aircon unit mini fridge etc which can each be rented for an extra $25-$50 per day for each casita Garage den $50- ,$100 per day for a grand total of 10 bedrooms which can accommodate a maximum total of 16 people.
We do not rent any of these additional spaces out to anyone else during your stay and do not enter any of the other casitas outdoor buildings unless you have made arrangements to rent them.
Please do not enter the garage den or any of the other casitas outdoor buildings unless you have made pre-arrangements to rent them and let us know if you decide you want to rent them.
Please do not block the driveway or park in front of the tall green garden fence gate at the bottom of the gravel parking lot so that my Gardener and Pool guys can access on Mondays and Thursdays.
We now allow small well behaved pets on a case by case basis for an extra 50.00 per day.
Be sure to let us know if you need anything or if you would like the pool to be heated during your stay for an extra charge for an extra $25.00- $50.00 per day depending on what time of year it is.
