The sitting area includes a large 6 seater corner sofa and arm chair, new smart Samsung 55” TV (log on to your own streaming account) and sound-bar to also play your own music. Good strong WiFi ensures you can link music and film to the TV.

There’s an in-built highly efficient gas fire to keep you warm and create a cosy atmosphere plus electric heating and an air conditioning unit for the warmer summer months.

The dining table comes with 6 seats and there is a desk plus chair if you need to do some work or check your emails.

The main bedroom has a King sized bed with electric blanket, walk-in robe and shower room off with ceiling heater. The second bedroom is bright and airy with 2 Long Single beds. Both bedrooms have blackout blinds and all linen and extra blankets provided.

NB Please note when booking for one or two persons, the second bedroom will not be available for use. Should you wish to have access to the second bedroom please make your booking for three people to cover the extra costs of laundry and cleaning. There is a separate second shower room and toilet, also with ceiling heater. Laundry room with large sink, cupboards and washing machine.

Cook a full gourmet meal with local produce, have an easy breakfast or just make a cup of tea or coffee in the fully equipped, light filled kitchen. Appliances include oven and cooktop, coffee cafetières, microwave and fridge as well as good quality homewares and utensils.
