It's an easy stroll to Cavill Avenue's bars, restaurants and shops, with the tram close by for venturing further. The apartment comes with a private balcony overlooking the coast, a full kitchen, laundry facilities, split-system cooling and heating, and on-site parking. You’ll also have access to the building’s shared pool with sun loungers for laid-back days at home.
Bright and comfortable, the living area pairs an oversized sofa and TV with split-system air conditioning and heating, all framed by sweeping views across Surfers Paradise Beach and the sparkling ocean. The private balcony extends the outlook outdoors, inviting you to pull up a stool with your morning coffee and watch the coastline come to life.

The full kitchen makes self-catering easy, with a cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine, while the six-seater dining table provides plenty of room to gather over meals. The building’s shared outdoor pool offers another spot to unwind, whether you’re taking a leisurely swim or stretching out on a sun lounger in the Gold Coast sunshine.

Both bedrooms open to ocean views, with the primary offering a queen-size bed and the second featuring two queen beds, creating a comfortable setup for families and groups. Each opens directly to the balcony, so the coastal outlook is never far away. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower, vanity and complimentary toiletries, while a separate laundry area with a washing machine and dryer makes longer stays easy.

Enjoy the convenience of secure on-site parking for one car, making it easy to leave the car behind and explore Surfers Paradise on foot. Please note that the parking space is tight and best suited to a small or medium-sized car.

Split-system air conditioning and heating are available in the living area only, while both bedrooms have ceiling fans.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves, as well as access to the building's shared facilities including a pool. Please make yourselves at home!

Stroll across the road for a swim at the patrolled Surfers Paradise Beach before enjoying brunch at a nearby cafe. The popular shopping and dining precincts Cavill Mall and Cavill Avenue are a 10-minute walk, offering a wide range of indoor and outdoor eateries and takeaway options. Take advantage of a secure parking space and visit local attractions including Home of the Arts (HOTA), Sky Point Climb and theme parks Dreamworld, Warner Bros. Movie World, and Sea World.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

Security cameras are operational and located in all shared areas, including the front reception, corridors on every floor, parking garage, and pool area.

Guests will need to collect a building access fob from the local convenience store - approximately a four-minute walk from the apartment. Instructions will be given prior to check-in.

For extended stays, it is best to stock up on extra provisions. Long term stays of 21 days or more will incur an additional deep cleaning fee of $140 as we are required to perform a deep clean after such stays. Thank you!
