HIKING OUT THE FRONT DOOR!!!!

Location! Location! Location! Beautiful Views of Onyx Summit, Big Bear California. This fully equipped 950 sq. ft. SUITE sleeps 6 comfortably. There are two bedrooms with superior pillow top mattresses and plenty of space in each bedroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove & oven. Also, the private patio has a 5 burner grill with a table that seats 6 with all utensils supplied. Propane supplied.
There is Cable TV, with a flat screen TV. A DVD Blu Ray player and WIFI is available. Electric Fireplace in the TV Stand. Coin operated laundry on premises. Plenty of parking. All roads to access the SUITE are paved.

We will supply emergency numbers and are available by phone for questions and assistance. However, we know you are here to enjoy and welcome you to explore our community and Beautiful National Park.

Community is visitor Friendly. Guides, maps and restaurant menus are available in the suite.

Quiet, Safe, Fantastic Views all around 360*. Close to National Park and all conveniences.

Public Transportation is available. All entertainment and attractions are within 20 miles of this location

Mr. and Mrs. Coburn were the ideal guests. They were wonderful guests and their 4 legged children were to die for, beautiful poodles!!! We appreciated their understanding with a few challenges we encountered. The Coburn's were our very first guests in this location. I feel like they are family and cannot wait for them to return to our wonderful community and home. Thank you again for staying with us. Thank you for your generosity. Nadine

A perfect place to escape the winter gloom

We enjoyed four wonderful weeks at Nadine's property. She is so hospitable and she always responded to our needs right away. The apartment is clean, bright and spacious. The beds and living room furniture are very comfortable. The surroundings are delightful -- we enjoyed gorgeous sunrises, night skies filled with stars, and abundant wildlife (mostly bunnies.) We will most definitely return!

Very clean and spacious apartment. Had everything you needed to cook. It was nice to have a complementary bottle of wine and laundry available. The only problem was the TV and how to work it with cable. The owner texted several suggestions and even came by the property to resolve the problem. We finally realized that we couldn’t get network channels. We would recommend this property especially if visiting the park.

Great place to stay in Joshua Tree- and be close to many hiking areas, not just the National Park.

The property is excellent in every way except for the busy street with a 55 mph speed limit- noise during the day but quiet at night.

Nadine was a very helpful host and we enjoyed our stay on her property.The home was clean, ample parking, full kitchen, and she even left some snacks. This location was close (6 miles) to the Joshua Tree National Park entrance.

Best ever!

The only downside to staying here is it will seriously spoil you for other places and hosts! The large two bedroom is close to Joshua Tree Park and we really enjoyed walking the neighborhood as well as returning each day from the Park to the warmth of the home, and the many thoughtful details. Comfy beds, plush linens, great kitchen, plentiful hot water, and a sweet BBQ patio out back are just some of them. On top of that Nadine was extremely easy to reach and very personable. Both us and the dog are appreciative of her generosity in having a home that allowed him to vacation with us, and the house was set up to make a stay with a pup very comfortable and relaxed. We hope to be back in the future! Thank you so much!!!

Great place to stay

Perfect, short distance to the west entrance of Joshua Tree National Park. Very clean, spacious home stocked with all the essentials in the kitchen area. We stayed for 2 nights, host even had some wine and treats waiting for us. Quiet neighborhood, very close to Walmart and other stores if supplies are needed.

A very cozy and clean apartment with everything you need, especially including a big BBQ :-)

Thanks for having us Nadine. We‘ve spent two nights at Nadine‘s apartment, which is part of a house with 4 parties. It‘s only 5-6 miles to the western entrance of Joshua Tree Nationalpark and only 2,5 miles to Joshua Tree city center, where we highly recommend having breakfast at Joshua Tree Saloon. We stayed at Nadine’s apartment during our honeymoon-cali-roundtrip and we highly recommend spending your time and stay here :-) there is a fully equipped kitchen, two big bedrooms, one bathroom and a livingroom. Moreover, you‘ll find a nice terrace where the sun shines on from like 2 pm and a big BBQ :-) everything is nice and very clean and comfortable. We would ever choose this again! My wife and I planned a last minute trip to Joshua Tree and found this great place. Ms Falbo was very helpful with our last minute request. We enjoyed our stay. The property was in a quiet location close to JTNP and local shops and places to eat. The property was very clean and well furnished. We had everything we needed including WiFi and cable TV. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware and although we ate out it was nice knowing we could have cooked in or grilled out. Parking was very convenient, right out the front door. I’d highly recommend this property if you are visiting the Joshua Tree area!

Perfect Place for Joshua Tree exploration

This townhouse is a perfect place to stage your exploration of Joshua Tree NP. It is clean, convenient, comfortable and quiet. The townhouse is on a county road "short cut" to the park that bypasses downtown Joshua Tree. Yet it is just 2 miles to major shopping centers that have everything you need. The property is ideal for 2 couples. Separate bedrooms share an adjacent bathroom which is sparkling clean. The beds are firm, but comfortable. There is a full kitchen stocked with the usual utensils and condiments. The dishwasher is large and quiet. Manuals for all appliances are found at the kitchen desk. Nadine is a thoughtful owner. She provides a welcome basket. Instructions for 5G WiFi are easy to follow. Maps to the park and local attractions are provided. Access to the property is controlled by key code. Convenient parking is right outside the front door. All in all this accommodation made our visit to Joshua Tree a breeze!

Peaceful Retreat!

Lovely property - quiet, bright and airy with private outside space. Comfortable furniture and bedding. Easy to locate and close to Joshua Tree, restaurants and shopping. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will return to this property again!

Great place for relaxing

We had a great stay at Nadine’s place. The beds were very cozy. The location was nice and we had easy access to all the golf courses we were playing. I would definitely stay at Nadine’s place again on a visit to Palm Springs area.

Our 'Go To' place from now on when visiting the Morongo Valley!

Everything you need is provided. Well stocked kitchen, great patio and bbq, comfy beds, lots of towels, comfortable living room area. Modern and well-maintained. Love having ceiling fans available in the living room and bedrooms. And enjoyed an especially nice bottle of Chardonnay left for us by the owners!

Property was perfect for our relaxing week and good times spent exploring Joshua Tree. Nadine is exceptionally welcoming and helpful...wine appreciated! Thanks Nadine for everything. Wonderful Visit

Nadine's little hideaway was absolutely wonderful. It was exactly what we needed. A friend of mine and I were in the area for my son's "hiking" bachelor's party in Joshua Tree NP. We spent most of our time hiking in the park, or over at the other VRBO the younger guys had rented, but Nadine's place provided us the perfect place to rest our weary bones. The home was well equipped with goodies (energy bars, popcorn, coffee, tea nuts, fruit) and a wonderful bottle of wine. The beds were very comfortable and the place was immaculate. Clean throughout. I have stayed at other VRBOs where the wifi was sketchy. At Nadine's place, the signal was VERY strong and we had no problems connecting. The TV was great and there was no shortage of towels. We stayed in the two bedrooms but the hide-a-bed looked to be huge and comfy. We did not use the BBQ, but noted that all of the cooking utensils you would need to grill steaks were there. Jon and I were talking on the way back to LAX and could honestly find nothing wrong with Nadine's place. Now that we have discovered Joshua Tree, we will be back and I fully intend to hopefully reserve this place again. Thanks Nadine!!

Wonderful House with Everything You Need

This house is beautiful, comfortable, and delightful. The interior is fresh, looking as if it had just been remodeled. The house has everything you need, where you expect to find it. I'd rate the furniture as upscale. The dressers have deep drawers, the closets are large, and there is ample floor space. The owner is very friendly and helpful. And the location is perfect for visits to Joshua Tree National Park because it's near all the entrances on the northern side of the park. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house was very comfortable. It had everything we needed; the kitchen was well stocked. So clean!

We enjoyed our stay at Joshua Tree. The property had everything we needed for comfort. After a long drive, it was so nice coming in to a clean, well equipped dwelling. The bed was perfect for a good night's sleep. We stayed for 2 weeks. Hope to return!
