The original elegance of this solid brick Edwardian home remains with astounding proportions and an ambient charm. Original elements such as cast-iron fireplace, art deco style windows remain a focal point. Excellent illumination due to its skylight in the corridor.

An airy abundance continues into three large bedrooms, two conveniently located bathrooms. An updated kitchen serves the living space with ease.

Deep and secluded back garden begins with an elevated deck, which steps down onto fresh lawn surrounded by established plants and an original cedar shed (now a designated office space).

Great location within walking distance to Alma Village shops, transport and local cafes and a short drive to Caulfield Park and Malvern Central.

Caulfield North is an extremely great suburb. Good infra-structures surrounded by 2 train lines and numerous tram services. Excellent neighborhood and good schools and shopping areas.
It is bounded by Orrong Road in the west, Glen Eira Road in the south, Dandenong Road in the north and Kambrook Road in the east. The suburb contains Caulfield Park – a park of approximately 26 hectares (64.25 acres), bounded by Balaclava Road, Inkerman Road, Hawthorn Road, and Park Crescent.
This suburb is also really close to Monash University, Chadstone Shopping Centre and other key inner east hubs.
Excellently, convenient, parks, great balance of inner-city living and safe and peaceful suburb.
A few minutes drive to Caufield Park, Malvern Shopping Centre.

Trams service Caulfield North extensively, with a major tram interchange at Balaclava Junction. Tram routes 3, 16 and 64 all service Caulfield North. Caulfield North also contains Balaclava Junction, the only extant grand union in the Southern Hemisphere, a junction where trams can go in all directions from all directions.

Trains connect the suburb to the city via the major transport interchange, Caulfield railway station at Caulfield East (via tram route 3). Trains also connect the suburb to the city through Balaclava railway station (via tram routes 3 and 16 and 64).

The fire place in the living area and gas heaters in bedrooms are ornaments only. They are not in used.
