Family Rentals only, please - no high school / college groups! Located just 0.2 miles from the beach in Ocean City's desirable Gold Coast area, this beach home has it all - and bed/bath linens included! This updated second floor home with central A/C features three bedrooms, two baths, and all the amenities of home. Boasting two large decks, the front deck has a large patio table and chairs, umbrella, and new electric grill; the rear deck has a retractable awning, rocking chairs and offers great views of the Stainton Wildlife Refuge and bike path. This home features a fully equipped and updated kitchen, stainless steel appliances, wine refrigerator and granite counter-tops. The open concept living space features a gas fireplace, flat screen television and skylight. Smart TV, internet, DVD player, movies and board games will help your family relax after a day at the beach. Your vacation rental also comes with beach tags for up to 8 guests, beach buggy, umbrellas, chairs, and a variety of complimentary beach toys for use during your stay. Other amenities include keyless entry, an outdoor shower, private parking and a washer and dryer. Just one block away from the Ocean City bike path and Kessel's Corner where you can find ice cream, breakfast foods, burgers, milkshakes and more. Within blocks of gorgeous beaches, 34th Street shopping, playground, tennis, dining and grocery stores. Outside shower (shared with bottom floor unit).

Bedroom description:
Master bedroom: queen bed with full bathroom and rear balcony access;
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with rear balcony access; additional x-long single fold- out foam mattress.
Bedroom 3: Bunk beds (full and twin) along with another twin to accommodate a couple and two kids;
Sleeper sofa: Accommodates 2 additional guests.

Cleaning fee waived for booking of more than 2 weeks.

Shore week

We totally enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything you would need was there. We liked the location and the view of the wildlife refuge from the back deck. We would definitely stay here again.

Great beach house!

Everything we needed. I really gave no complaints. Clean, comfortable, washer, dryer and dishwasher. Shower outside for coming back from the beach, and near everything.

Summer vacation

Best value in Ocean City. House is located only blocks from beach. The house provides so much for renters-beach tags, beach chairs, boogie boards, sun cover, bed linens, bath towels, and kitchen towels. The house was clean, it was nice to have a front and back porch. Would definitely rent again.

Great start to the summer with this stay

Everything went very well at our stay. Access and check-in process was easy with the touch pad door lock. Parking was good as well. Everything was clean and in good order. I like that the family room had a nice Samsung TV, with soundbar. Multiple decks and balconies to sit out on made it very homey. Location was easy to get to/from beach, and Kessels Korner as well! A/C worked great, as did the laundry and other appliances. David was great to communicate with as well. I would recommend, and would also stay here again!

We absolutely enjoyed Ocean City with the help of this property! David was very responsive and ready to help very quickly. The location is great, the property was very clean and as advertised, and the check-in / check-out was super easy! Mahalo a for sharing your property with us!

Could not have been a better week. The house was nice and clean and had all that we needed. Convenient to the 34th street area and the boardwalk area (by bike) yet far enough away to be quiet. Fantastic neighbors as well.

Home away from home!

Thought went into making things easy for the vacationers at the Jersey shore by the owners! I have rented in Ocean City all my life ! Well my family has! I have never stayed at a rental that had everything you needed at an affordable price! Loved having linens , beach cart and a waffle maker! There is a wine fridge to! The front porch is on a semi busy street! The back was quiet with a great view of the bird sanctuary! Something for everyone. Parking no problem! Due to social distancing we had game nights (included) and the big tv for movie nights! Not a bad walk to the beach and beach tags provided. The Haven bike/walk trail one street over. Great place up to date , clean and comfy! Oh and loved the bikes! Coffee and cell phone holder with helmets! Thank you our stay was to short!

Awesome Stay at a Great Location

Everything about our stay was wonderful. From the easiest check in ever, to the many additional amenities included. The owner is very responsive to any issue or questions you may have. Close to entry of the Island, easy walk to the beach and so much.

Very clean, well-stocked and great for family!

This is a great property in OCNJ and our family of 7 had ample room. The house was very clean and well-cared-for. Bath towels and linens galore and extra bedding for each room, too. The kitchen had everything we needed. Very nice decks in front and back of the house - great for watching storms. Each bedroom has a fan or ceiling fan, too. This location is a little far to the beach, (cross over two major roads) so if you have very little children and/or you'll need to go back and forth to the house a lot, it might not be convenient, but for us it was fine. Kessler's deli/ice cream right around the corner for great cheesesteaks and hoagies. Short walk to anything you need including the Fractured Prune for the best donuts ever. Owner is a great communicator. No issues at all. IF it rains, the driveway and surrounding streets do flood, so just be aware of that. Our SUV was fine, but we parked our smaller car a block away. The house has a keypad entry so no need to worry about losing keys. 8 Beach tags came with the house, too. Perfect! We really enjoyed our stay.

Great house and location

Good Beach House

Overall, a very good experience. The place was spacious with plenty of room for our family of 4. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could imagine and it was great that the hose provided towels and linens. The beach was only about 5-6 blocks away and the beach buggy with chairs was awesome! Our kids loved the outdoor shower, which made cleaning up after the beach wonderful and easy. We do wish the cleaning had been a little better when we arrived. There was dog hair all over the mattress cover in the master bedroom, in several places throughout and there were paperclips, dirt and sand under the kitchen table. However, this was a very great experience.

Excellent Rental!

Stayed here last week with my wife, daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandsons. It was a fabulous week! The house was clean, relatively spacious and as advertised. Everything you need for a beach vacation is there. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need if you want to cook in. The sofas and chairs are comfortable as are the beds. I didn't notice any standard beach chairs, but we brought our own, so that was fine. If we come back to OC,. NJ next year, we will definitely try and book this place again.

Amazing vacation rental!!!

Our group of 8 had an amazing time last week in this rental. It was exactly what the pictures and descriptions stated. Very clean and roomy. Was just an easy, short walk to the beach. Had every beach accessory that you would need, including beachtags. The area was great too, great restaurants and the boardwalk had plenty to do. Owners were always quick to answer any questions that we needed help with. We will definitely stay here in the future.

Excellent OCNJ rental

The unit was beautifully decorated, well appointed, and the bonus beach wagon was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and table settings. Furnishings were comfortable for our family. We enjoyed eating outside on the front porch in the evenings. 28th Street is a great spot to enjoy the Ocean City beach.
