Great Labor Day weekend

The property was great! Location and amenities were perfect for our family to relax, enjoy some beach time and start the first week of online school. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect place

We had a great time. The condo is spacious enough for a family and very relaxing for a couple. Perfect location to the beach and walking distance to everything. We will be back!

This was our second year staying at this house. From the location to beach, ice cream, mini golf, playground, etc., to the overall layout of the property, it was everything we could have asked for in a place to enjoy a vacation.

Great olace!

I stayed here for a week from Sept 14-21. The place is really nice! It is clean, well-maintained, and nicely decorated. The host was very responsive. The house is only a block from the beach. The place looks like the pictures!

Columbus day mini vaction

The house appeared newly renovated w up to date amenities. The location was perfect for walking to the beach or a short drive to the boardwalk. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty a room for people to sleep including a sofa bed and pull out cot. The owners were very friendly and accommodating.

Wonderful

Very nice stay and very communicative and responsive owners. Home is lovely. Very short walk to beach and wish a bit closer to boardwalk but that was my choice as I think south end less congested and quieter. Primary bathroom shower is very tight and shower head difficult/non-adjustable but is my only complaint. Had a wonderful stay.

Perfect spot

We needed a first floor spot as overflow for family gathering for the weekend to celebrate my Mom’s 80th birthday. Everything was perfect- the unit had everything we needed and there was no drama! Lots of card playing and laughing. Thank you for making it so easy!

Great place

The house and area and the entire town are wonderful. I would suggest that the listing include a note to bring toilet paper, dish soap, tissues...none of these were in the house. Also, since there is a key lock on the garage, it should be clearer that the keylock for the first floor is on the door up the short flight of stairs.

So happy to hear that you had a great time! We do have it noted in the listing that it is required to bring toiletries, we try to make sure that there is some toiletries to get you started, I am so sorry that there wasnt any when you arrived. Please keep us in mind for future visits to OCNJ!

Great weekend getaway

Great communication from hosts! Nice size for 6 adults. Booked for a ladies weekend away. Pros- nice quiet location close to beach and ocean, nice spaces for gathering from rooftop deck, to large great room. Awesome water pressure. Cons- could have been a little cleaner, furniture in living room not the most comfortable and doesn’t seat 6 adults, blinds in bedrooms do not block out light. All minor issues. Overall- great place to rent!

Nice Respite

Accommodations and property was as advertised. Very comfortable beds (always a plus), clean and well appointed. Enjoyed a few quiet days until the upstairs renters arrived noisily after 10:00 pm on our last night. They were incredibly loud until after 1:00 am. Not much they owners can do to prevent that.

Loved the location. Unit was comfortable and cozy.One discrepancy. The owner has notes posted that bathrooms be cleaned ??with further comments on cleaning the unit. I’ve never paid to rent before and then found I would also be the maid service.

Great Location Beautiful and close to the Beach and stores

WE all had a wonderful time. The house was fully equipped even a Keurig and Mr Coffee as well as a crock pot. The house was very close to the beach and the location was within walking distance to the ACME WAWA mini golf restaurants and ice cream parlors. The pickle ball and tennis courts were really great and we had no trouble getting a court in the afternoons. Thanks to the owners for the beautiful house and lovely porches up off the street for privacy and enjoyment. Thank you again. Fran and Bill

We did not have a a pleasurable experience.

The condo was moderately clean. There were stains on the walls in several rooms, the kitchen floor was dirty and overall, there was clearly no professional cleaning done on this property in some time. The Owner had his high school age son and friends staying in the 2nd floor unit and all night music and partying had us unable to sleep for several nights. The Owner was responsive after several text exchanges and the situation improved. The mattresses and bedding appeared to be new and was very comfortable. Disappointed with this experience. We would not stay here again.

Jim had proactively provided his direct phone number before your stay began, encouraging you to contact him directly with any concerns. Upon your initial feedback regarding noise from upstairs on the first night, Jim promptly contacted the other guests and resolved the issue swiftly. After this incident, we didn't receive further communication from you, leading us to believe everything was satisfactory for the remainder of your stay. Regarding the cleanliness concern you've mentioned, this is the first we're hearing about it. Had we been informed during your stay, we would have immediately dispatched our cleaners to address any areas that did not meet your expectations. Your premature un-expected check in also could have made it stressful for the cleaners to finish up and not complete the normal tasks that they do for the turnover clean. Please accept our apologies once again for any inconvenience caused. We value your feedback and are committed to improving our services based on your experience. If there's anything else you'd like to discuss or clarify, please don't hesitate to reach out. Great place to stay!

This property was as promised. It was clean, updated and a perfect location to the beach and a short drive to the boardwalk. All questions to the owners were answered very quickly. We had a wonderful time. Was fun and relaxing!!

Great beach getaway

We were looking to book a last minute getaway. Jim and Kasey were very accommodating and great with communication. The house was clean, comfortable, well-stocked with necessities and in a great location in Ocean City. Would definitely stay here again!
