My family had an awesome time. Very close to plenty of restaurants, boating, and grocery store. Hiuse was fully equipped and had gorgeous sunsets. Really enjoyed the pool and the lake at our fingertips. Thank you for a wonderful stay and for helping with building family memories.

House and pool were clean and as expected. Outdoor patio was wonderful. However the beach was nothing like the picture. It was uneven and lots of debris . It was not conducive for chairs or walking. Nice surprise was property was entirely fenced for safety and pets.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. It felt cozy and relaxing, and we had a great time. We’d definitely stay here again!

Overall, the property is very nice and well maintained. My one complaint is that there is no queen bed as stated in the listing. The biggest bed was a double which was extremely disappointing! The pool is nice and clean. The beach area appeared nice but we weren’t able to use it as there were bulldozers doing work the entire time we were there. It was the neighbors having the work done but it really put a damper on our stay because of the noise and inability to use the beach area. I would stay again if the bed situation were fixed.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay tremendously that we would rent again. The property was clean, the house was amazing the pool was amazing, the deck was amazing and the beach was a blast.

Great place! Had everything we needed. Really enjoyed the paddle boards and private beach area. Fenced in area for pets. Property is close to stores, restaurants and caverns.

We really enjoyed our time here. The outside area is excellent - great pool, sitting area to see the lake and a great beach area. There are three bedrooms but not a true Master suite. We didn't need one but in case that matters. We would stay again for sure and maybe next time bring our dogs. There is an area for dogs which is nice.

Great house on the lake. We enjoyed time with our dogs. Thank you for allowing pets! Communication was good. I think the only thing would have been nice are some lamps. Outdoor areas are nice.

Great stay! Loved the house and location, with the pool and beach literally perfect for our family. The house is nice and modern, with a wide open floorplan and huge TV and comfy couches to lounge. Only minor drawbacks were no outdoor lights or pool lights -- would have been nice to sit on the back patio or get in the pool for a relaxing evening. But overall great stay and will come back!

ABSOLUTLEY AMAZING!!!

We will continue to stay here every year. This place has it ALL! Location, location, location!! Perfect Sandy beach, plenty of room to sleep and gorgeous pool. No better view. This is for all ages!!

Great location

It was a nice trip for us. The pool and beach were excellent. We visited the berry farm and the Texas chainsaw massacre house/restaurant. The elevated patio was great place to unwind. If I had anything not positive to say it would be the wooden steps leading from the yard to the patio have some loose boards, but we were cautious and there was no incidents with that. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great time at this house. House was clean, plenty of appliances and furnishings. Appreciated that they left ample trash bags, dishwasher fluid, and washer detergent. We just so happened to have pretty cold temps so didn’t get to use the pool or river as much as we’d hoped, but what can ya do. Beds were super comfortable. Only recommendation for the owner would be a king size bed in the master. Other than that it was awesome

Perfect Lake get away!

This property has everything you are looking for in a relaxing vacation! The house was very clean when we arrived and felt like home! There was plenty to do with the beautiful pool, lake, paddle boards, yard games, playing in the sand and just sitting and relaxing while drinking our coffee in the morning. The location is perfect! We will keep this one for future use.

Lake staycation with beach and pool.

Nice quite house on Llano fork of lake LBJ. Can bring your boat or jet ski up to the beach. Is shallow so be cautious. Plenty of shade areas to keep cool and relax at the house. Even a pool to dip your toes in. Good fenced in areas for your 4 legged family members or kids just make sure the gates are closed. We will be back on lake again. Enjoyed our stay.

Perfect lake weekend

Love this dog-friendly property. The location is perfect with a really nice pool, yard, beach and lake!! It was such a great setup for a fun weekend with family friends and our pups. Inside the house was super clean, well stocked and a great layout. Highly recommend this property, but I think we may be the last to know that because it’s booked every weekend through August! ☺️

Sisters weekend

Great location, beautiful house and lovely pool. Close proximity to the river. We loved it! One thing that could use some improvement is turning up the hot water heater. We didn’t have an ample supply of hot water, but it didn’t deter us from having a great time😊
