Situated along the Colorado River, this stunning home pairs convenient access to water activities with scenic views. Spend leisurely afternoons relaxing around your private infinity pool that overlooks the river. While the chef sizzles recipes on the gas grill, tune into your favorite shows on the outdoor TV. Dine alfresco on the balcony that features a six-person dining table, as well as two loungers. An additional terrace offers the perfect perch for sipping morning coffee or catching spectacular sunsets.

Inside the home, you'll find beautifully updated decor with hardwood floors that feature throughout. Indulge your inner chef in the spacious kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. The kitchen bar offers seating for three, while the adjacent dining table seats everyone. After dinner, cozy up in the living room and watch a movie with your crew.
Pool Heating Information: The pool can be heated upon request for the duration of your stay. Please provide at least 48 hours' advance notice if you would like to add this option. The cost for heating the pool is $150 per day.

Three kayaks and four paddleboards are available for guest use.
This home has a gated entrance.
There's a queen-size sofa bed in the living area.
This home does not have an elevator.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
Pool Heat: The heater does not constantly run. It brings the temp to 89 to 90 degrees and then shuts off, turns back on when needed.

This property has an excellent view of the lake with spectacular sunset views! We especially enjoyed the clean pool and our family spent hours in the pool watching family members kayak and paddle board (which were included with the rental - BIG hit)!!! The ping pong table was also a big hit but a/c was needed in the garage. We absolutely loved this property and the day we got back, we were planning a return visit!! Highly recommend this property and Casago Vacation Rentals!!

We had such a wonderful stay at this lakefront VRBO with our family while celebrating my niece’s baby shower. The home was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. The lake view was absolutely gorgeous and made the stay feel peaceful and special. It was the perfect place for family time, celebrating, and making memories together. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Pool and Views

House is good sized, well furnished and has one of the best locations on the river. Views are stunning and house is very accommodating and comfortable.

Great location and home

Had a group spend weekend together. Was a great house and location. I had a couple of questions for management and they were extremely quick to respond and very helpful.

We had a great stay at this lakefront house. The property had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing trip. The pool was fantastic, and we really enjoyed having access to the kayaks and paddle boards to get out on the water. The ping-pong table was also a big hit and kept everyone entertained. The gas grill made it easy to cook meals and enjoy dinner outside by the lake.The house itself was comfortable and well set up for a group. The only small issue we noticed was that the kitchen sink had very low water pressure, but it was so minor that we didn’t even feel the need to report it during our stay.Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay and we’d definitely come back again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing lake getaway with plenty of activities.

The vacation rental was exactly as pictured. The kitchen was exceptionally stocked with cooking utensils and cookware, however the water pressure at the kitchen sink was poor. The views were spectacular and the heated pool was a perfect temperature, be careful though as the tile around the pool can be a bit slippery. There were plenty of beach towels and ping pong table was great to use. We did not use the other water accessories but they were available. The beds were comfy. It would have been nice to have extra luggage stands as I had to put my luggage in the floor. Bathrooms need additional hooks but otherwise they were beautiful decorated and very nice to use. My suggestion for those who like kitchen access while downstairs swimming is have a hoist for maneuvering drinks and snacks up and down. Plus a bathroom down in garage would have been ideal.It was easy to get in and out of the property and there are a few good restaurants locally nearby.Overall and great spot to relax.

Amazing stay!!

This was a prefect stay for our group of friends. It was just as described and even better in person. The house is in a safe and secure area with community a Pickle ball/tennis/basket Ball, swimming pool, and sand volleyball. The house was beautiful and clean! The layout was perfect to enjoy time with everyone. The lake was easy to access. The grass backyard was nice. You are a bit close to the neighbors, but it was definitely still worth the value! Enjoyed the SUP, ping pong, cornhole, and grill. All of the kitchen items were available. There was a water filter in the fridge, cleaning supplies under the sink, and lots of coffee filters. The pool was quite chilly surprisingly with the hot weather, I would consider requesting the heater for next time! We had some issues with the codes and ended up getting it worked out.

Another Wonderful stay or Sunsets to See at Paradise Point!

We are multiple-time renters of this property and we are never disappointed! The location and views are wonderful and the amenities in the neighborhood are always a hit with the kids!! We love the house decor! Thank you AGAIN for a lovely stay -we always feel at right at home and struggle to leave! We will be back…. See you Labor Day weekend! :)

Great property, needs some minor tweaks

Overall the property was great. Clean, awesome amenities in the house. The check in process was very frustrating. Received an email morning of check in that a code for the house would be texted by local area manager. Check in time passed and no text. Call to Vacasa and nobody was able to help. After 2 calls and a call back from local office manager, we finally got the code to get in the house an hour and a half after our check in time. That’s not acceptable. Lastly, the description mentions having a boat slip however there was no boat slip available. There’s a disconnect somewhere. Overall I would recommend with hopes the property manager corrects these issues.

Girls Trip

The house was lovely. The pool and lake view were the best part of the home. Watching the sunsets from the deck was fantastic. We were disappointed that there was no easy access to the lake. There wasn’t a dock or ladder to use to get in/out of the water. There were zebra mussels in the lake so you needed water shoes if you did go in, which we didn’t. We brought our floats to use, but since there was no dock, etc…we had no place to anchor too. It was disappointing to be so close to the lake but not be able to go in. The house is located extremely close to other homes on either side….almost like a row home. We lucked out and the houses on either side were vacant so we had plenty of privacy. It was paradise to have it to ourselves. The three bedrooms upstairs had room for 6 adult women but the 7 person had to sleep on pull out sofa in the living. It was overall a fun, quick trip for us coming from the Austin area.

Right on the water, awesome views from the master bedroom and living room. Super nice community. No boat dock to the house but within short walking distance in the community. Nice ping pong table in the garage!

Such a great place!

We loved our stay at Sunsets2See! We had a large group and everything we needed - the place was so clean. Aside from the pool there were games, ping pong and so much fun to have! The host was very efficient and so prompt to answer questions during our stay. We will be back!
