The detached house is divided into 1 and 2 floors, the 2nd floor is a separate access area for you and the 1st floor has other tenants.

- ACCEPT Pets (Dogs/Cats), I charge 100 CAD for guest who bring pet, please inform me in advance if you will bring a pet.
- Quiet hours 10PM-10AM;
- You can park your car at the back yard or park on nearby streets;
- The earliest check-in time at 4 p.m. and the latest check-out time at 10 a.m. since I need enough time to clean the room. Please message me if you require an early check-in or a late check-out;
