Loved the location. First morning there we saw 6 elks standing in side yard, that was a highlight of the trip. Very clean and everything seemed to work well. Enjoyed our stay.

Great getaway cabin

The deck was amazing during our snow storm, with half of it being covered and with heaters you could really enjoy the beauty. The steep part of driveway that goes up to the garage was PERFECT for sledding!

Yearly Ruidoso getaway

Everyone loved our vac. rental, especially the front deck. Beautiful setting and enjoyed the does and baby deer.

Nice Place to Relax

Exactly as advertised. Clean and spacious. Nice patio to chill and watch the wildlife. Close to everything in Ruidoso, but still a woodsy feel. Will definitely stay here again and again.

weekend getaway

Great place for a weekend getaway for two couples. The unit is split with a bedroom, deck and bathroom upstairs and downstairs. Was perfect for us. The neighborhood was quiet, and we sat on the balcony at night. The thermal deck heaters are a great asset for chilly mountain nights. I would stay here again.

Was a Mountain Dream

Nice home in a nice town

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed it immensely! The house was plenty big for just the 2 of us, but we especially enjoyed the kitchen area. It was chilly in the house when we arrived, and with such a large house it took a while to reach our desired temperature inside, but otherwise our stay was great!

Excellent Home, Great Location and Fantastic Service

Check-in was one of the best I have ever experienced. The management company representative was friendly and helpful. Home is in a great location. Quiet neighborhood. Kitchen is excellently stocked. Great appliances. King bed upstairs is comfortable. Television has a fantastic quality picture. Home is very comfortable. Check out was also really easy. Definitely recommend.

Comfortable roomy house in quiet neighborhood

The house is clean with lots of space and conveniently located to town & surrounding attractions. Kitchen is updated with plenty of cooking & dining supplies. There is not a fenced yard for a pet, only a fenced-in small mostly concrete slab on the side of the garage away from the main house. The front porch steps need attention. Overall, a pleasant place to stay in the pines and fresh air of Ruidoso.

If you like extra firm mattress this is the place for you. After two nights of terrible sleep we left a day early so I could avoid going to the chiropractor.

The stairs were iced over and I fell. The electric was off from 1am till 5pm the next evening in 35 degree weather. No heat. No firewood. The microwave did not work. We won’t stay there again.

We have no calls from you during your stay to report your fall or the issues you experienced. We would have fixed the microwave and made an accident report on the fall in a timely manner after they had been reported. The electric being out was a countywide issue that the electric company took care of as soon as they were able, and our guests provide their own firewood. Ups and downs

Since we filtered our search for “wheelchair accessible”, we were shocked at the full flight of stairs required to access the house. Fortunately we are not wheelchair bound,but always look for easy in and out when traveling with our little dog. The listing also mentioned availability of a 2-car garage, which was locked with no access instructions available. Inside the home was very clean and inviting. The kitchen was well equipped. Ample number of nice white towels were available. Beds were comfortable. The issues that we had with equipment were addressed by the property manager. The highlight of our stay was the late afternoon visit by the free roaming elk and deer! We loved watching them and the hummingbirds as we relaxed on the deck.

Great property, just issues were not addressed

We needed a garage and it was advertised as having one. When we arrived, there was no way to get into the garage. We called the maintenance company and told them we needed a garage. They responded with it is broken and there is nothing they could do. We called in two maintenance items we found the first day and they said they were going to fix them. There was no communication after they said they came to fix them. Both items were not fixed during our stay. There were other issues with the property, but it seemed pointless to call them in.
