Start your mornings with a cup of coffee on the balcony as the sun rises over the peaks, then spend your evenings unwinding in a rocking chair while taking in the fresh mountain air. The cabin also features a cozy fireplace, game room with pool table, WiFi and a garage, providing plenty of opportunities for relaxation and entertainment throughout your stay.

Inside, the open-concept layout is filled with natural light thanks to expansive windows that frame the surrounding landscape. The comfortable living area offers ample seating for gathering with family and friends, while the fully equipped kitchen features updated appliances and generous counter space for preparing meals. The primary suite includes a king bed and a spacious en suite bathroom with a whirlpool tub and walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms offer queen beds, and a sleeper sofa provides extra sleeping accommodations. A washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.

Awesome views. Property is steep- not really for kids, great for a group of adults. We did not realize till the last day, but there is an excellent hiking / MTB trail that leads down to Grindstone Lake from nearby the house. We were not told the hot tub was not working. They offered us a credit for that.Good house. Clean. Had a nice stay.

Fast get away to a perfect spot

We really enjoyed our time here and had no issues during our stay. It was clean and looked as expected. The hot tub was very nice, the views were phenomenal, and the pool table was fun!Thanks for a great weekend!

Wonderful !!

This place was great , very cozy and the view is literally the best in ruidoso . Loved the pool table. Everything we needed was in the house and not to mention the customer service fast and friendly .

Great view!

Views we’re great!! House as described. Very comfortable and good location. Driveway is pretty steep - can be an issue in snowy /icy weather. Great little getaway for me and the hubby! Thank you for sharing your home!

Exactly what we were looking foot

With only the exception of the hot tub’s location to the neighboring house, this place offered the perfect amount of views and Serenity for our first vacation in a year. The atmosphere, cleanliness and amenities were spot on. Some maintenance is needed but nothing I felt was pressing enough to call the office or decrease the rating.

Million Dollar View

You’ll be hard pressed to find a better view in Ruidoso. Very central location to midtown and riding stables. I read the previous reviews, and they made sense during our stay. Come with an open mind, you are staying in a cabin in the woods, and should lower some expectations. The cabin needs maintenance. Critters moving around/living in the attic, dryer doesn’t work, dishwasher leaks when used, family room television didn’t work, and the previous review comments regarding pans were true. I recommend you stay here, but with an open mind. I expect the maintenance items will be corrected and you will enjoy a peaceful setting, high on the hill with a great view.

Perfect Family Xabin

My family goes to Ruidoso for SB every year this was our first time at this cabin. We took our 2 sons and 3 of their friends so needed a larger place. Kids loved it. Pool table and hot tub kept them busy. Rooms on the 3rd floor gave them privacy. Place was clean but there were mouse droppings in drawers (expected in mountains). Paper goods and firewood left were not enough for a whole week but there is a store and Walmart in town. Driveway is steep. We were grateful they had snow shovels in garage. Plenty of cookware and made due with dishes we were missing like a griddle. It could use more glasses. Overall it was a nice place. Quit neighborhood. It does not have shades on a lot of windows but not really needed that high in mountains but it did take a little time to get used to that. The propane tank for BBQ grill was empty but we called and they replaced it right away. There were some complaints regarding the cable channel choices. We only used TV at night. We did have a firestick and that was great for movie watching. We would stay at No Better View again. Beautiful Cabin.

Dirty with no wifi

When we arrived the bedding had hair all over the sheets. There were only a few pillows with pillows cases. There were more pillows in the closet that were old and dirty but with no cases. We wound up putting our own bedding on. Everything was kinda dirty... the hot tub water was gross. They said to put the trash in the dumpster but there wasn't one onsite. The wifi information given with the booking didn't work. We tried to contact the propety manager, they said they would look into it but never returned our call. The drive way is extremely steep which isn't shown in the listing. It snowed while we were there. Once again we called the property management to inquire about getting the driveway plowed but didn't get a response. The only message I got back was the check out procedure. So we had to find a plow service and pay $125 to have the driveway plowed. The house is on a steep hill and the city didn't salt the roads up there, they only plowed the road. We spent 2 days just watching cars slide down the steep hill and wreck. The house it self is beautiful, but the lack of proper cleaning, no wifi, no plowing and lack of communication made it a nightmare stay.

Overall the stay was great and we will be back but will be choosing a different property.

Pros: Condotel was excellent from start to finish. The late check in / key pick process was perfect! Condetel provided all the information we needed for the check in, house, keys, do's, don'ts, entertainment, ski rental process and savings. Hot tub was hot and ready to go! The property is minutes from the downtown Ruidoso area, 10 minutes from the Winter Park, 15 minutes from the Mountain of the Gods resort and 45 mins from Ski Apache The Ski Rental store attached to Condotel office is extremely professional, fast and will give guests a 25% discount. Boards, boots, bibs and rental gear for 4 was under $150.00. Cons: VRBO was the initial company I dealt with when booking the property, my card was double charged for the total amount. Contacting customer service was extremely challenging, the first two people I dealt with were from a foreign call center and were unable to assist. The matter was eventually resolved after I spoke with a person from the Austin location. The neighborhood was mixed with low cost housing, trailers and trash however the home was secluded and this could only be seen while driving through the area. House stunk and was musty. Walls needed painting, were scratched and dirty throughout the entire property. Carpet downstairs was stained and dirty. Floors were dirty and dusty and the kids were covered in dusty and lint after sitting on the upstairs den floor. Dishwasher leaked water and top shelf was broken. Drier did not work, took 3 cycles to dry a load of laundry. . Master shower door was broken and water leaked on the floor. Rodents in the attic above master bedroom can be heard day and night. Water heater does not support two adults, two children, water was cold on last bath or after doing laundry. The property has no essentials, no items for cooking such as butter, oil, PAM, seasonings, etc. When you buy food you must also buy all items needed for preparing and cooking the meal. Property management demands all dishes, cookware, linen and towels be cleaned however the property has no soap, dish soap, laundry detergent. These items must be purchased and they cannot be left in the property. Trash must be taken out and dropped at nearby dumpsters however the property has no trash sacks available and these must be purchased but cannot be left in property. Overall, pros far outweighed the cons however the price of the property should ensure these items are repaired and the property is cleaned! .

The views are AMAZING!

This is a perfect place for a romantic getaway, which is what ours was. Grill on the patio so you can watch the sunset while you cook dinner. Fireplace is beautiful, even though it was too warm for us to use it. This place would also be great for a group, we didn’t even go upstairs other than to check it out. My ONLY complaint, and I’m not sure anything can be done about it……… We got a wake up call at sunrise every day by a woodpecker who has decided to destroy the side of the master bedroom.
