Rainier and nature at its best from large windows in the kitchen, dining, living room and Primary ensuite. The community beach and ever-changing tide is just outside the door! Experience the slow ebb and flow of the tide which makes this part of the island unique and educational. There's beach combing in low tide and water activities in high tide. The advantage of Livingston Bay is the warm shallow water which is ideal for water sports! This bay is also acclaimed for having the best sunrises on the island!

Bedroom #1: The Bay View Captain's Suite has a sweeping bay view with a King size bed, walk in closet, ceiling fan, flat screen internet TV and a beautiful adjoining 3/4 bath with a large walk-in tiled shower and new vanity. A private sliding door leads to the beachside patio.

Bedroom #2: The Garden View Bedroom has a beautiful iron queen bed for 2.

Bedroom #3: The Skipper's Bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed. The top bunk is perfect for kids. The lower bed is full size to fit adults. This room sleeps 3.

A second full bathroom features a nautical theme with a tub/shower combo, new vanity and tile floor. Both bathrooms have new ADA chair height toilets for your convenience.

We are family friendly and offer a new portable crib, high chair, toddler plates, cups and utensils!

Enjoy the well-appointed kitchen with quality appliances including a new stainless steel electric Kitchen Aid oven. The walk-in pantry is fully stocked with a variety of cooking appliances including spices. The handy breakfast counter has 4 new bar stools, and the dining area features a new table that seats 6. With every meal, enjoy breathtaking water and mountain views! Choose from several ideal work/study locations in the great room, all with water views to inspire and motivate!

The large, vaulted ceiling living room features an open floor plan, beautiful furniture and breathtaking views of the bay and Mt. Rainier from all windows! Relax in a rocking chair next to the elegant gas fireplace and get lost in a book from the library or play a classic vinyl album and relive old memories with the nostalgic record player!

You'll especially love the ultimate movie room with a Super Hero theme! Sink into the Italian leather sectional sofa and watch your favorite movie on the big screen smart TV with internet connection. A great selection of DVDs with popcorn are provided! The retro mini bar is complete with a variety of cocktail-ware adding a fun touch to this special room!

Dine al-fresco on the large beachside patio! Complete with a big tile top picnic table and umbrella, comfy chairs with cushions and a new gas fire pit!

For a little adventure, hit the beach at high tide and explore the warm, shallow and smooth waters that makes Livingston Bay so popular! Once you sign a waiver, you are welcome to use our 2 standup paddle boards and 3 kayaks (year-round) or the commercial grade peddle boat (June-September) which offers fun for everyone!

There's so much to do! Beachcomb right outside your door in low tide, golf at the popular Camaloch or Kayak Point Golf Course, Zip line, antique shop, visit local artist studios or explore the nearby state parks of Cama Beach and Camano Island. Check out the fun nature preserve and boardwalk at the historical English Boom only a few minutes away from the house!

The large flat yard is also ideal for lawn sports and a variety of games are provided from horseshoes and bean bag toss to ladder ball! Located on a quiet dead-end street only a few minutes to Stanwood for easy access to shops, restaurants, grocery stores and services.

This home makes the perfect getaway any time of year no matter how relaxed or active you want to be! Kick back during the winter months and watch hundreds of Snow Geese gather in the bay or join the fun of the famous Glass Quest Treasure Hunt in February. In the Spring, see the famous brilliant tulip fields of the Skagit Valley or schedule a whale watching trip from La Conner. Summertime brings golfing and Ziplining nearby! We also decorate for the seasons including Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter, making this the perfect holiday vacation house!
