This place was absolutely amazing. The ocean views from every room were breathtaking and made our stay feel extra special. The home was very well equipped with everything we needed, including beach and snorkel gear, as well as a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils. The atmosphere was incredibly tranquil so peaceful that falling asleep felt like listening to the Calm app all night. We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing getaway and would absolutely stay here again.

This condo on the North Shore of Kauai was absolutely amazing! The attention to detail was incredible. The decor is a perfect blend of old Hawaiian charm and modern touches. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a Keurig coffee maker, plenty of dishware, bowls, pans, sharp knives, a juicer, and Tupperware for packing snacks to the beach. From every room in the condo, you can enjoy breathtaking views, there’s even a pair of binoculars to watch the whales breach in the waves right outside your door! Every room has a TV with an Apple TV, and there are beach chairs, beach umbrellas, snorkel gear, beach towels, yoga mats, games, and books available for your use. We loved the privacy of this unit - it felt like having our own private front yard with plenty of outdoor seating. Everything was well thought out, well maintained, and simply beautiful. We can’t wait to stay here again!

A Peaceful, Picture-Perfect EscapeOur stay was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the magical views - the endless ocean, the peaceful sounds of the waves, daily rainbows, and sweet visits with the birds that made every day feel special. It all created a sense of calm that’s hard to put into words, making it the perfect place to slow down, relax, and fully unwind.After living through a long home renovation, this space was exactly what we needed. The condo is peaceful, quiet, and beautifully designed for comfort. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered - stylish décor, cozy touches, and every essential already on hand. We never found ourselves needing a thing.Suzie was absolutely wonderful - warm, welcoming, quick to respond, and full of helpful suggestions. She made the entire experience effortless from start to finish.We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. If you’re looking for a serene, scenic escape with all the comforts of home (and more), look no further. We’re already dreaming of our next stay and can’t wait to return. Mahalo!

Our week was wonderful. Views are spectacular; we enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the patio; the kitchen is well-equipped; the living area, bathrooms and bedrooms are all beautifully decorated and just as they appear in the website photos. We definitely will come back here!

Pictures dont do it justice!

Immaculately decorated and maintained, this condo is cozy and comfortable! We loved the back patio views and rainfalls. We found the beds to be so comfortable! My husband and I spent three nights with our kids aged 10 and 2.5. We had all the beach things we could want for use, which made it even more enjoyable. Nothing is really a far drive away from here. Highly recommended and would easily stay here again!

Hard to Leave!

What an incredible place--it might be our new favorite on Kaua'i!! We stayed the last few days of trip in this gorgeous place and it exceeded our high expectations. The condo was clean and as pictured, the instructions/house rules clear, and the view breathtaking. We loved the one story building and the feel of privacy! This property is a stunner and we can't wait to go back.

Amazing views, relaxing, and comfortable.

Amazing place with amazing views. Pictures do not do justice. Its super clean, decorated perfectly, stocked with all essentials. You feel like your in your own private home. Relaxing and comfortable. You'll have constant visits from chickens, Nene's and abundance of birdlife and of course oceans views from every room. Plenty of parking, no stairs. Cannot say enough good things about this unit. Owner has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and she is very quick to respond to any questions you may have.

Dreamy

The “cottage” was amazing! Charming, beautiful comfortable and had all we needed. It was such a wonderful experience for our first time using a vacation rental! We said that if we make it back to Kauai, we would rent this again and would have no desire to even leave this beautiful property to go anywhere or do anything else on the island. When we arrived, the area had a power outage and once back on, we couldn’t get the tvs to work. We sent a text and Suzie and Andy reaponded within a few minutes. Andy resolved the situation virtually for us very quickly and in minutes they were up and running.The view is gorgeous, the lanai has ample furniture to relax on, and the view from both bedrooms and family/kitchen/dining area are stunning. Very nice place!!!!

Amazing Kaua’i rental

We were incredibly impressed by this property. We have rented a few times in Kauai and this rental was by far the best. It was clean, well designed, well organized, comfortable, and the lanai and view were amazing! We will definitely rent here again!

Exceptional in Every Way

Impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and packed with amenities (fully equipped kitchen, premium linens, fast Wi-Fi). Prime location—with stunning views and close to everything, yet quiet. Our host Suzie was incredibly responsive and accommodating. A flawless experience—highly recommend! The (already beautiful) pictures don’t even do it justice!

Kauai Island Getaway

Kauai Haven is an absolute gem of property and home! My husband and I enjoyed every minute of our stay. We loved waking up to the beautiful sunrise, hearing the birds sing, and enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio. To toasting on the patio in the evening surrounded by the lush landscape and garden lighting. With the comforts of home throughout and beautiful decor, no detail was sparred. We truly appreciated the available beach chairs and umbrellas for our time at Hanalei Beach. Such a special place, we look forward to our stay again...Mahalo!

Outstanding Location, Floor Plan, Rear Lanai, Host & View. Minor Improvements Needed Include Decaf Coffee & Tea Keurig Pods; Coffee Creamers; Grab Bar In Shower A Must For Better Safety & Some Small Lunch Bags. The Light Controls Difficult To Use In The Dark. Overall A Stupendous Place To Stay!

A bit of heaven in Princeville

The property was perfect. It was very well equipped .Lots of beach toys, umbrellas ,boogie boards and chairs. Short ride to Hanalei Bay and shopping. Got to see whales from our back porch. The master bath is unreal. We all loved our stay.

We are 2 couples: an interior designer married to an electrical contractor, and an executive assistant married to an IT specialist. We love our kids (and their families). We live in Southern California and although many people believe it’s very similar – the trade winds render Kauai a tropical paradise. We enjoy the outdoors and there's no better place than Kauai – sometimes with the company of friends, other times as couples, and occasionally as an individual retreat.

We have enjoyed #3104 so much! While doing our renovations we thought the only other unit we'd really love would be #6101. Much to our surprise, it came available and we were blessed to be able to purchase this fabulous condo! We are blessed to have been able to create this special place we call Kauai Haven - our little slice of heaven and home away from home.

Single story! This is the only building in the Alii Kai complex that is a one-story AND it's on the ocean! It's got a nice grassy area off the back patio, giving you a very spacious feel.
