My 6th Floor Oceanfront Condo at Lahaina Shores has drop dead panoramic views of Lanai. Watch the whales breeching from the balcony, enjoy the warm tradewinds and walk the picture perfect pristine beach in front of the property with swaying palm trees, white sands and snorkeling. Lahaina Shores Beach resort is a classic boutique hotel condominium on Front Street where Hawaiian Royalty and Maritime Adventurers strolled. Nearby is the harbor and the famous Banyan tree. The property has a pool, hot tub and lawn on the beach with sunbathing areas. Watch the surfers, paddleboarders, kayakers and catamarans go by or join the sport yourself! The condo has a serene and beautiful interior with the ocean as the backdrop. You will not want to leave! Enjoy the Aloha spirit! I loved everything about this place! I was unable to operate the TV so Kim came and got it going for me. This is my favorite place I’ve ever stayed anywhere! It couldn’t be closer to the ocean and the view is breathtaking. Ii took sunset and sunrise beach walks every day in peaceful solitude. Everything in the condo is clean and top quality. The decor is perfect. If you want to be in the middle of all the action, it is definitely not for you. I cherished the peacefulness. Many mahalos Elaine and Kim. I’ll be back if you’ll have me!

Maui Perfection

Second time staying at this property but first time at this particular unit. Loved it! The location is super convenient with on site covered parking and many restaurants within walking distance. It is also a short walk to the Lahaina Harbor where many excursions depart from. The ocean views of this unit cannot be beat. The sixth floor provides beautiful views from above, in addition to gorgeous views down by the pool and spa area. You are so close to the water! Inside the unit looks exactly as pictured- very well stocked and comfortable. My only small complaint is the door is very hard to push open and needs to be slammed closed to close all the way. Not a big deal but maybe something can be adjusted to fix it.

That View 😍

We had a wonderful time at this resort! The view is breathtaking. Elaine was very easy to get in touch with and this resort is within walking distance of so many attractions in downtown Lahaina. Highly recommend!

Beautiful view

Gorgeous view, very nice pool and hot tub, comfortable bed and beautiful balcony. Kitchen equipment was minimal with some glaring omissions. No cutting board, no broom or dust buster, barely working ice machine and tea kettle with broken handle that made pouring boiling tea water dangerous. The unit has dated cupboards and bathroom fixtures which were ok but the cleanliness of the unit could have been better. I bought cleaning product to clean mirrors in kitchen and refrigerator doors and sides which were in less than clean condition since there wasn’t any in the cupboard. It would have been nice to have that in the cupboard to keep the bathroom clean during our stay. We enjoyed our time and especially the balcony but felt those were things that could have been better.

Beautiful view, ocean sounds

We loved our stay - ultimately we toured and stayed all over Maui and agreed if we were to visit again, we would be very happy to stay in this Lahaina condo for the whole trip next time. The condo is well used for sure, and the building is aging, but it’s bright and airy and the location just can’t be beat. The condo was very clean, super easy check in and having parking turned out to be a way bigger deal than I’d anticipated. Easy walk into Lahaina’s shops and restaurants, though groceries were a bit of a hike.

Great Room and Great View

We loved our stay at the condo. The room was exactly as described, the location was quiet and away from the busier areas of the town, and the view was stunning. We'd gladly stay there again.

A few take always

The grounds were always clean. Beach as well. However please note: next door there is a luau EVERY NIGHT! Made it hard to relax on our balcony. Our specific rental was pretty outdated. But fantastic views. Bathroom was run down and slightly dirty. I would go back to this resort but not this specific room.

First Time to Maui

While a bit older, a friend recommended this property for its proximity to the ocean and excellent view, and we were not disappointed. The view from our 6th-floor lanai was spectacular, and we left the wide sliding door and shades open day and night. The room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well-appointed. The refrigerator, stove, and oven are all full-size! Communication from the owner was excellent, and our check-in/check-out process at the front desk was seamless. This is a great place if you don't require the fanciest, state-of-the-art amenities and prefer a less-crowded, more laid-back feel. Interestingly, most of the guests were young couples without children or older boomers, also without children present.

Heaven in a condo

The view and place are a gem on the island. The whole island is insanely stunning and this spot just feels like it was made for us. The sounds of the Luau next door each night after sunset felt so iconically Hawaii we could not have loved it more if we tried! Elaine has such a great eye. Her condo was incredibly tasteful and absolutely cozy. Even down to the lighting which was warm in tone and could be dimmed at night. As someone who takes in the details I can safely say you will be superbly satisfied if you stay here. The pillows comforter and bed so comfortable! The towels so big soft and fluffy. These are the little things that make a place feel good and these are the things Elaine understands and offers as a gracious and thoughtful host. The kitchen fully stocked for cooking and coffee in the morning. The place felt well taken cared for and clean. Elaine’s condo is our home away from home and not much else can beat that. Perfect spot. Thank you for sharing it! I will miss swimming in the pool each morning and then dunking right in the ocean to greet the beauty which is Maui life.

Beautiful view

What a wonderful time we had at the property. Elaine was amazing and so helpful with our last-minute booking. The room has an amazing view from the lanai to the Island of Lanai. My husband swam with several turtles there too.

Stunning views of the ocean from the 6th floor balcony. Most comfortable bed. Lovely decor. And the condo had absolutely everything a person needs-from boogie boards to Agave syrup, to sunscreen and binoculars. Truly outstanding stay!!!! 10 stars-hope to stay in this condo again.

Had a great babymoon/birthday week!

My husband and I stayed here for our babymoon/my birthday and we had a wonderful time! The views from the balcony are amazing! We enjoyed the beach quite a bit - went paddle boarding and my husband went fly fishing during low tide. We got up close to 4 sea turtles! We did use the snorkel equipment provided however the one pair of flippers were cracked and not usable. Also, the white chairs are visibly dirty and need a deep cleaning/replaced. Other than that, everything was nice! Kitchen has pretty much everything you need as well. Within walking distance to bars, restaurants and many shops. We would stay here again.

Location, location, Maui!

Title of this review says it all. Beautiful property grounds located just a couple blocks from Lahaina. This is where you want to be for beach access, grounds amenities (pool, sauna, beach), view (watched / swam w/ turtles pretty much daily), close to the touristy area of Lahaina (think places to eat, shops, etc.), easy to navigate roads for access to coastlines with incredible beaches (head out early), and you get a nice room with pretty much everything you need to enjoy your time. Owner was super nice, communicated well, and took any mystery out of getting situated once on site. Would recommend if you don't need the ultra luxury experience (aka - no maid service, on site eatery, blah, blah). We used the room to clean-up after a day of being out and sleeping - it served it's purpose well. Thank you!

Great location

We had an excellent time! Loved the location, close to shops and bars, food and restaurants. Staff onsite was helpful and informative, concierge called us the next morning after we checked in and introduce herself and offer services. Host was also informative and very responsive with questions we had. View of the water was amazing, saw sea turtles and dolphins, no whales since too late in season, sunsets couldn’t be better viewed. Would definitely visit again if we have the chance.

Perfect home base for a visit to Maui

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, well-appointed, and quite attractive. We found our second stay at Lahaina Shores as positive as our first, this time with a condo in a perfect spot overlooking the ocean. We also appreciated everything being made easy for us by the owner (as well as Lahaina Shores itself). Our one suggestion would be to add a couple of pillows for the bed that are more substantial than what exists. That would make this condo perfect!

Amazing!!!

Elaine was wonderful! View was unbelievable! The best VRBO we've ever stayed in! Well stocked over the top with everything you need and more. Bed was comfortable. Towels were plush, not the cheap white hard motel type! White white sheets. Spent a lot of time on lanai watching whales, turtles and saw a Hawaiian monk seal. Ate at Spankys, Paia Fish Market, Captain Jacks, Bettys Beach cafe, and Cool Cats. Too many places, not enough time! This is our 10th time on Maui, staying in Lahaina area and this condo was perfect!

Whale Central

Perfect location for daily whale viewing and easy, walking access to town including the port. The beachside pool and lagoon inside the reef provide plenty of swimming opportunities. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Washer/dryer are shared access on each floor. We loved our stay and would come back again.

Location, Location, Location

Unit was wonderful, great views, best time of year to go. Turtles, whales and a monk seal visited daily ( in the water, of course) always a treat. We enjoyed a luau at " The Feast of Le Le" right next door. Will be back again soon.

Amazing view

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. I think it would be impossible to over-hype the view - we saw incredible sunsets every night and plenty of whales. Being close to Lahaina’s harbor, you also get to see lots of boat traffic. Next door, there’s a surfing school and kayak/SUP rentals, plus you can hear and see some of Feast of Lele next door. In other words, you can be entertained for literally hours just by sitting on the balcony. The unit was absolutely clean and had everything we needed in it. There are washers/dryers on the same floor in a little room by the elevators that accept cards and make it so easy to do a quick load here and there. Elaine is on top of communication at all stages of the rental process, and we really appreciated that she let us know the unit was cleaned and ready for check-in EARLY the day we arrived. One of the staff at the front desk even remarked that she loves the owners who do that, as not all of them do. Lahaina Shores is in a good location and it’s easy to walk to lots of restaurants and shops, we thought the grounds were well-maintained and the staff was helpful and friendly. The only suggestion for improvement that I would make would be to add one of those retractable clotheslines in the shower to facilitate drying swimsuits and such, but that’s a really small thing. Overall we are very happy we chose this place for our first trip to Maui!

Incredible views and location

We absolutely love Lahaina Shores and have been coming here the past 12 years. This is the first time we stayed in Elaine’s unit and it was incredible! Best views we have had to enjoy the lanai and watch whales. The unit comes very well stocked with chairs, bogey boards, umbrellas, snorkel equipment, beach towels, sunscreen, shampoo/conditioner, a huge fridge and plenty of storage! We loved this unit and our time. Would stay here again!

Perfect place for our honeymoon!
