Lahaina Shores is open. My units are still undergoing some changes in furniture etc. I will put up new pics as soon as everything is in place. Parking fees for 2026 are $15 per night to be paid to the front desk.

In case you missed the international news coverage . . . Lahaina had a major fire. We will rebuild the town. Please come to be a part of it!

Our resort has survived and has been put back to its former self. The town full of shops and galleries may be gone but we still have a beautiful beach and grounds.
Ka’anapali is less than 10 minutes away. It has plenty of shops and restaurants. We have 2 shopping centers with groceries 3 minutes away from us. We are an oasis amid a disaster.

Watch the sun rise over the mountains while enjoying coffee on your private lanai. Or, you can leave the blinds open when you go to sleep and watch the sunrise from bed. It’s all good in laid back Maui.

Having a full kitchen makes cooking meals at home easy and will save the vacation budget, but there are also numerous great restaurants a short drive away.

After a day of fun activities you can relax on the manicured grounds near the pool and watch the sun set over the ocean. (Bring a fruity drink in a plastic glass) The beach is literally right at the edge of the property in case you prefer to sit on the sand. Don't forget to pick up a steak or veggie burger for the BBQ grill!

Credit card operated washers and dryers are available on each floor. There is also a laundromat 10 minutes away. This is a non-smoking resort.

The studios in the majority of this building are all the same size. They are designed for two people but there is an option for an air mattress with extra towels and linens at an additional $15 charge (total not per day).

I want my guests to be comfortable and able to enjoy Maui to the fullest. You should note there is no daily maid service.

I started this adventure in 2015 and welcome any feedback you may have for me that would help me better serve my guests.

Rates vary by date - please check the rates section. (The average seems confusing to me) Check my calendar for availability or send an inquiry for your dates. Wherever you stay I truly hope you will have an amazing trip

Great place with amazing location

We were very happy with our stay. The room was fully stocked, from kitchen to beach chairs everything was thought of! Most important to us it was right on the beach and walking distance to so many of the cool shops in Lahaina. The balcony was a pretty view of the mountain. 10/10 would stay here again!

Maui Trip to celebrate 40th Anniversary

Just getting the opportunity to review this VRBO stay as we are catching up with "real life" after being away for 14 days. Rochelle's condo at LSBR was exactly as described on VRBO, great location 5 minute walk to downtown Lahaina restaurants, shops etc. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. LSBR is close to many many beautiful beaches but also has the added bonus of being a property that is ocean front with gorgeous landscaping and a pool/hot tub. Sunset on the lawn is highly recommended. We had the mountain view condo that I couldn't get enough of it, early morning at sunrise and later in the evening at and after the sunsets were my favorite times. Rochelle was a wonderful host. She provided so much great information on Maui with tips on restaurants, beaches, activities. Basically everything you need for a wonderful trip. She kept in touch with us during our stay. Thanks Rochelle for everything. Really hoping that we can get back to Maui and LSBR before our 50th Anniversary

Amazing Stay!

If you are still scrolling please stop! Rochelle's place is amazing. It came equipped with everything we needed and wanted. It was spacious enough and has an amazing view of the mountains. I LOVE mountains! Rochelle's communication is comparable to nothing I've ever experienced. She offered me advice and suggestions that made my vacation so memorable. Her level of communication was amazing. The unit has a comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and a great bathroom. I would not hesitate to stay in one of her units again. And if you are still scrolling, I think you should stop and book!

Rochelle was an incredibly attentive & thoughtful host. She was in communication for months leading up to our stay and ensured with management that the pool would be open by the time we got there. (It was) This was our third year at Lahaina shores and we loved this room. The Mountain View is our favorite, super serene and perfect to wake up to & wind down to. Excellent location and host

Rochelle was a fantastic host, even giving us her own bug spray for after we left her property and were headed into the rain forest side of the island. She was a huge help talking through all aspects of our first trip to Hawaii, and her property was just what we were looking for. Lots of cute places to eat that are walking distance, and right on the ocean.

Perfect Maui experience!

Clean, great location. Awesome to be right on the beach. All beach toys were provided (chairs, umbrella, etc), which was convenient! Good communication from the host. Would come back again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful place to stay!

This room and property exceeded our expectations! Parking was easy, beach access right there, walking distance to so many great shops and restaurants. Rochelle was communicative and our room was perfect. Very clean, great bed and Mountain View. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo in Lahaina!

A large studio condo with a great mountain view and amenities. Lovely Oceanside pool and spa with gate access to a walkable beach with good swimming. An easy walk to shops and restaurants in Lahaina. We had parking in an underground garage for our rental car. The daily parking fee was less than $5 per day. We had a great stay and would recommend Lahaina Shores to anyone who enjoys the small resort vacation experience. We could not have had a better host. Rochelle was great with her communication and really wanted us to get the most out of our stay. A wonderful VRBO experience!

Peaceful and Serene

My husband and I enjoyed the location in downtown Lahaina. Great restaurants and historic sites within walking distance. Our host was extremely helpful prior to and during our trip by sharing best sites to explore in Maui. We would definitely return to this location!

Great location for whale watching tours - 10 min walk to the harbor. This unit had everything we needed for our short getaway in beautiful Maui! Underground parking next door was also convenient and easy.

Excellent stay

Location is walking distance to the main part of town. Owner checked in with us to make sure everything was ok and was very easy to get ahold of if any problem occurred. She was kind enough to to send us a detailed outline of things to do and see while in Lahaina. We have been to Lahaina several times and stayed at different condos, this by far the best one yet. I highly recommend Rochelle and one of her condos.

Condo was just as shown on the VRBO site. Very clean and included several amenities. Host was very friendly and provided lots of info on things to do in Maui. Will definitely stay here again.

Best Lahaina condo!

Beautiful condo conveniently located by all Lahaina attractions and restaurants. Rochelle is a great host: very communicative, offered plentiful recommendations and tips, and went out of her way to make our stay extra comfortable. After speaking to other guests here, it would seem that Lahaina Beach Resort is a hidden gem in Maui. Don’t forget to make a rezzy at Pacifico’s next door! (esp for the fresh catch). Highly recommend this fantastic condo! =D

Great location, great condo!

The resort is oceanfront on a nice beach and a short walk to the shopping and restaurants. Condo was really nice and had beach chairs, umbrella, and floats. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great stay

The condo was in a fantastic location, walking distance from town and the marina, right on the beach with a pool, bbq area, and hot tub. The people we met there (staff/ holiday makers were all lovely). Rochelle’s communication before staying was great as she sent loads of information in advance and she was easy to get hold of when needed. The condo was very reasonably priced compared to other options in the area and had everything we needed. I wish we could have stayed longer to make the most of it!

Great condo in downtown Lahaina!

We very much enjoyed our time in this beautiful condo. The owners provided everything needed like beach toys, pool noodles, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, and a stocked kitchen. They also had a pull out twin couch perfect for my 3 year old. The view of the Mountain was extraordinary. The condo is a Classic hawaiian-themed design and comfortable. Close proximity to all things Lahaina. We love Lahaina shores!

Comfortable, relaxing stay!

Everything was lovely! The room was clean and had all the personal touches and helpful amenities needed to enjoy our visit optimally. The fact that room is part of a resort made it even more enjoyable because we had access to covered parking, a pool, a beautiful enclosed outdoor area looking out to the ocean, and a concierge. Great location being close to so many sights and experiences.

Aloha, my name is Rochelle.
I was born and raised in Tacoma, WA. I went to high school in that cool castle from the movie 'Ten things I hate about you.'
My mother was a Polynesian Hawaiian blend. She was born in a village a just south of Lahaina above the current area called Olowalu, in 1919.
My father, Cecil Brosseau, was an aquarium director with French ancestors. He gained some fame within the industry with his knowledge of the giant pacific octopus and for raising the oldest seal ever to survive in captivity. My dad passed away in 1992 at the far too young an age of 72. My mom passed in March of 2016 at 96 3/4 years old. She was so pleased that I decided to join the land of my ancestors. I purchased my first units in 2015, I retired mid 2017 from my old job and looked forward to growing in my new career in the hospitality industry!

I want to help my guests feel the spirit of Aloha in this very special place. I had also hoped to be living in Lahaina full time by 2024 but the fire has postponed this part of my dream.

I chose to purchase in Lahaina because of my family history and because I think this area is the perfect mix of interesting things and laid back people. There was plenty to do and see but Lahaina is a true community with a small town feel.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Lahaina Shores Beach Resort has the best location. You can walk on a nice beach right outside the pool area. Old Lahaina Towne will hopefully be rebuilt soon. For now the living symbol of the community is the oldest Banyan Tree in the world. It is over 150 years old. The tree and the surrounding area is just a 3 blocks away but is currently closed to the public. You can catch a glimpse of it by walking north on our beach to the marina. The marina is just behind the tree.

We have been fortunate to have a lot of our original staff return to Lahaina shores. They really make this place feel like your home away from home. This resort has a true boutique hotel feel to it. It is very different from the mega resorts to the north. I hope you will come and enjoy some time at this very special place that was miraculously spared from the flames.
