Our home is a lovely 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom house that has 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 single beds and 1 double sofa bed. We are located only 2 houses away from Mount Seymour provincial park, offering a peaceful green space steps away. We have a big fenced back yard which is great for kids with an in ground trampoline and a back deck with BBQ. Our house is located on the end of a cul-de-sac, which is very quiet and there is lots of driveway and street parking and friendly neighbors. It is a 25 min drive to downtown Vancouver. Our house is literally steps away from the trails on Mount Seymour which are great for hiking and trail running and known for some of the best mountain biking trails in the world! This is a perfect home for families or a dream location for any mountain biker keen to ride on Mount Seymour, Fromme or Cypress Mountain with easy access to trails right from your driveway. It is also only a 10 min drive to the top of mount Seymour for more hiking and skiing and a 5 min drive or 20 min walk to beautiful deep cove and the beach, where it is very popular for ocean kayaking, boating, stand up paddle boarding, sailing and swimming. Rentals for ocean activities are all available in Deep Cove. There are 3 large playgrounds and 2 tennis courts at the local park which is 2 blocks away. Many restaurants and grocery stores are also walking distance. If you want to escape to Squamish it is a 60 min drive, or Whistler which is a 90 min drive, Hwy #1 access is just 3 km away. The home includes a full kitchen with all amenities and dishwasher, all beddings and towels, washer and dryer and free wifi.
