Thank you very much for the kind review. Appreciated. Just a few notes in response to the negatives; Unfortunately the side wooded yard/lot is not our property so it is not something we can clean up or touch as it is a wooded lot owned by someone else. The grass was a little longer due to my lawn maintence guy on his yearly familty vacation and then storms impacted the schedule (Typically we cut it every 10 days and it got a little longer due to the above) I had him cut it the day before he left to be safe but it grew quickly. As far as distances from the lake and everything we outline everything in our discription multiple times directly from maps distances for full transparency so not so how we are misleading as we try not to be. On the bottom is distances to every attraction and in the general discription we list exact distances as well. I am sorry you thought the lake would be closer, but for a non-lakefront property/prices you cant get much closer than 500' away and 700' to the beach.
