The space in this condo was amazing with plenty of room for our whole family to spread out. The amenities at the resort are fantastic and the condo was very very well appointed for a short term rental.

Overall we were pleased. The bathrooms were not as clean as they should have been, found mold in one, the balcony had plastic on the bottom part of the railing and therefore our view of the ocean was non existent from a chair position.But overall we were pleased

This is a wonderful place to stay! The home was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was very helpful. I had a wonderful time and we will definitely return!

The condo was very nice. Here are the issues-you have to go to realtor to check in. The packages are not left in room or at resort check in-the sun hits balcony around mid morning and there is zero shade the rest of day on balcony and you can't use umbrella. -BIG ISSUES: the resort was doing major balcony work that began on Tuesday 9/28. We were notified of. Thus on check in day and the notice said it would begin 10/5. It was incredibly loud! Sounded like a high pitch school bell all day! The sound was even worse at pool. You can't relax with this level of constant noise. We would have rented somewhere else but we're not notified until check in day! Luxury rentals did not take responsibility! I will not use them again. I plan to contact owner of condo. We deserve compensation for this constant construction noise as it severely impacted our vacation.

Best Spot in Myrtle

We've stayed at North Beach Resort 5 times now and this is by far our favorite resort. Best View. Best Pool. Best location.

Beachfront property

This property is on the beach, just a few steps away. Our condo was on the 10th floor with great views of the beach & also of the resort’s swimming pools. Security is excellent-our group of 5 women felt very safe. We needed to pick up our keys from the rental agency which is not located at the resort. We were able to get by without rental a car. We just used Uber when we went out to dinner away from the resort. Resort staff are very nice, friendly, & professional. We loved our rental!

Immaculate Condo & Perfect for Families Vacationing Together

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this unit to have all of our kids, their partners and my mom come with us on vacation and it was perfect! There was ample space to spend time together and a big kitchen to cook in and everyone still had their own space for privacy. Every bedroom had its own bathroom and the rooms were spacious. Comfy beds and lots of towels. The location is perfect if you are newer to Myrtle Beach, you are still in the quiet area of North Myrtle Beach and just a 15min drive to South Myrtle for a visit. You are also across from Barefoot Landing which is a fun spot for families in the evenings when it's a little cooler out

The property was great for a family vacation. The property, the pools, and the beach front proximity were enjoyed by young and old. Luxury Beach Rental who managesthe property was a terrible disappointment. They didn’t do anything correctly in the multi-step check in process: Didn’t send the check-in email without prompting with a call; didn’t provide us with the ‘welcome’ text message in the time specified and didn’t put the welcome package in the lock box. When we got the welcome packet by going into the building, the packet had the wrong parking passes which we discovered when enter the condo. It took us 2 days and an additional trip to Luxury Beach Rentals to get the correct parking pass. When I discovered they only gave us one pass, they told me to go back to pick up additional correct passes. They did deliver the passes only when I insisted. Each time THEY made a mistake, they made it seem like I was the one who misunderstood. Ultimately, they blame it on the fact that I used a third party, Vrbo, for the booking. I know they had our correct email and phone number because I was receiving other communications from them. Also, as I was trying to rectify the situation, I was unable to speak to a human. I was on hold for an extended period and then told my call couldn’t be answered and to leave a message.
