Nice community, close to Barefoot Landing and easy access to shops. The house was comfortable and big. We just loved staying there.

Pleasant Stay

The house was clean, spacious, and beautiful. We were very happy with our home for the week and would stay again! The owners have done a wonderful job keeping it updated!

The house is very nice, the neighborhood too, it was just that it was good that they had a little more kitchen utensils, garbage bags and kitchen paper, there are no seasonings for cooking, but everything is very nice about the stay at the house

Thank you for your review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the home and the neighborhood. As noted in our listing and guest information, we provide starter amounts of items such as paper towels and trash bags to help guests get settled, rather than supplies for the entire stay. For food safety and sanitation reasons, we also do not provide shared cooking items such as spices or seasonings. Regarding the kitchen utensils, we wish you had reached out during your stay, as we would have been happy to deliver any missing items right away. We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear you otherwise had a very nice stay!

We’re disappointed to see this comment, as no cleaning concerns whatsoever were reported to us during this guest’s stay. Had an issue with the cleanliness of the property been brought to our attention upon arrival, our team would have been happy to address it immediately. The first time we received any report of alleged cleaning issues was after the guest had already checked out, and only after we contacted him regarding two keys that were not returned and the applicable replacement charge outlined in the signed rental agreement. Unfortunately, by that point, we had no opportunity to inspect or address the concerns he described. We encourage all guests to report any issue with their accommodations promptly so that we have the opportunity to make it right during their stay.

We had a great time with 5 adults and 5 children. We had plenty of space with cooking and the house at the pool. Convient to the pools and the beach. They were quick to respond to our loose door at the pool. Would highly recommend and we would stay again!

Pool was very cold, but grandkids used it a little. Spent a lot of time at the beach and large pool. Everything is within walking distance, and a lot of restaurants to choose from. We were never bored. Home was the right size for our family.

Wonderful

This is our second time staying at this property. It is welcoming and warm. The location is perfect for our family and is an easy walk to the resort and the beautiful beach and pool area. The walk is approximately seven minutes to those locations. The house is minimally equipped with kitchen supplies for preparing food, but knowing this we came prepared. The pool area is small for larger families at the home, but met our needs perfectly. The neighborhood is quiet, and safe. The staff at the resort is kind and professional. The ease of check in and check out was met without any issues and were accommodating to any needs that came up during our stay.

Great place

This house is perfect. It has everything that you need and very close to the beach/ resort. We stayed with another family and everyone had their own personal space as well as bathroom. The pool was perfect and didn’t need to be heated at all in September. Definitely going to book again!

Family Weekend

We had a great time staying at this property. Beautiful home and neighborhood. Access to the resort pool and fitness center was a plus. The property was clean, the pool was very nice, most everything you need to have an enjoyable stay.

5 Stars – Perfect Spring Beach Getaway!

We had an amazing spring break trip and this house was the perfect home base! It was spotless when we arrived, with a clean and comfortable layout that worked great for our group. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach and super close to shops, restaurants, and all the fun Myrtle Beach has to offer. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, convenient, and well-kept place to stay!

The house is perfect. A dream get away with the family. We didn’t want to leave. Perfect location to beach, shops, dining, and activities. Only issue is tv’s are a bit outdated and one would not turn on for us( multiple remotes to deal with). Hope to return in the future!

It was a rainy weekend and all we could do was stay inside. Being inside was just fine in this house. It was perfect absolutely for us 10 ladies. We have no complaints. I will be booking with itrip again they made my planning easy. This house is gorgeous.

Great Family Vacation

498 Banyan was a great house for a perfect family vacation. Close to everything, comfortable and well equipped. The people at itrip are always quick to respond and remedy and issues that arise. We will be back again next year!
