We really enjoyed our stay in Anchorage thanks to this great property. It has easy access to most of the major necessities and felt easy for us to get to the zoo, downtown and exploring the Turnagain Arm area. Everything was clean and kitchen well stocked. The beds were perfect for two adults and two kids. Wanted to enjoy the yard more but rained quite a bit while we were there. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Little Place, Top-Notch Mgmt

This house was perfect for my stay. I was there for 2 weeks of business with the office 5 minutes away. The weather was not good and I'm from Arizona, so this was a wonderful refuge at the end of every long day. The furniture was very comfortable & cozy with plenty of throw blankets available. The stock of dishes, utensils, and knick-knacks in the kitchen was very good. And the spice rack is fantastic! I wish I'd had more time/energy to cook. The property manager was so nice and easy to talk with. Her communication leading up to check-in was simple and easy and she checked in on me during my stay to be sure everything was good. I did have a little hiccup in my schedule which caused a bit of "just-in-case" back-up planning. She did everything she could to be sure I was covered and at ease. Overall, this property and the management are top-notch. I'll be back to Anchorage a few times each year and if I need a vaca rental, this will be my first call.

We’ve thoughtfully stocked the space to feel lived-in and welcoming, so it warms my heart to hear you noticed the little touches, like the throw blankets and spice rack! It was truly a pleasure to host your stay! - Sincerely, Lynette

Home away from home

This is my second time staying here--a comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood conveniently close to shopping and food including Costco, Diamond Mall and a straight shot to downtown for the novice Anchorage driver. All the little extras made this an exceptionally comfortable place to land at the end of a busy day.
