Overall a really nice house on a great part of the lake - love getting the afternoon sun.Fully equipped kitchen was greatly appreciated as was the screen porch. Plenty of space for a wonderful family vacation. Will definitely book again.

Amazing location. Beautiful lake setting in back yard. House was nice clean and big enough. Property manager was responsive and accommodating.

Wonderful vacation house

The house and the location were better than advertised. Loon Lake is serene and peaceful and a welcome alternative to the hustle and bustle of the area's larger lake(s).

Thompson family vacation

This was our second year at this property. We enjoyed it so much last year everyone wanted to go back. This year did not disappoint. We had a great time. Rented a boat to take my grandsons tubing. They had a blast. The fishing was great. We caught enough to have fish fry for dinner one night. There’s swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and there’s some great restaurants close by. We had a bonfire every night in the huge fire pit. Lake George is a short drive with lots to do and plenty of great restaurants. There are plenty of adventures available like white water rafting. Rope courses, hiking trails and mountains to climb. The house and property are beautiful. There were eight of us and we had plenty of room. We will definitely be going back.

Beautiful home and lake. The toddlers enjoyed the flat yard and small beach area. We rented a pontoon for a couple of days for all to enjoy. The living room and kitchen were large and comfortable. We hope to return in the future.

Perfect lake house

If you are looking for a lake front property, enjoy being on the lake with your family this is the perfect house. You get the peacefulness of the lake with a short drive to Lake George.

The best ADK vacation my family has had to date.

This beautiful air conditioned home was very spacious and full of amenities. We had everything we needed for cooking meals and relaxing in the home. The air conditioning was a nice bonus for sleeping! We ate our meals on the screened in porch. The back lawn is flat and far enough from water to play yard games, without feeling separate from others that were hanging out at the water. I was pleasantly surprised to find 2 paddle boards and 2 kayaks. We rented a small fishing boat for a couple days. The lake is beautiful, there were always a few boats out and it was nice to see others enjoying the space, but it was still quiet and private. The views are beautiful. There is a great walking trail 5 minutes away and other hiking trails nearby as well. There were a lot of morning walkers in the 'neighborhood' walking along the paved road. It felt very safe. Gore mountain is close and so is Schroon lake, both worth visiting! This is our 5th year vacationing in the ADK. We have loved every year but this location and this house specifically is our favorite! I highly recommend booking.

It was great! So relaxing! The master bathroom didn’t have light bulbs but we went and bought some for it. The curtain rod in the bedroom in the left at the top of the stairs was broken when we got there. Everything else was fantastic. Thank you so much!!

Amazing home on loon lake

The home at 123 Kingsley on Loon Lake was the best vacation home our family has rented in the last 16 years. Not only was the house comfortable and accommodating, the backyard had nice shade and it was right on the lake. The paddle boat was great fun and the firepit and hammock were added bonuses. The screened porch served as our dining room and a place to congregate for card games and just hanging out. The beds were all comfortable and the house catered to all our needs. In addition to the exceptional home, Josh was very attentive to our questions and responded quickly. All in all, the best vacation our family has enjoyed. Thank you. You can't go wrong with choosing this home for your family vacation!
