Ideally located in the vibrant North Forest Beach area, this charming oceanfront villa places you just steps from the sand and an easy walk or bike ride to local favorites like Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park. With bikes included, exploring the island couldn’t be easier—or more fun.

Inside, this bright and breezy one-bedroom villa is thoughtfully designed for a relaxed coastal stay. The inviting living area features a comfortable sofa that converts to a queen sleeper and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for winding down after a day at the beach. Sliding glass doors lead to your private balcony, where you can enjoy the ocean breeze and take in the laid-back island atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen offers modern appliances and granite countertops, while the dining area provides a cozy space to gather and enjoy meals together.

The bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a plush queen bed, ample storage, and its own TV, while the hallway features fun built-in bunk beds—perfect for kids or extra guests and a favorite feature for families. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combination and spacious vanity completes the interior.

Step outside and you’re instantly in vacation mode. This poolside villa offers easy access to the oceanfront pool and direct beach access just beyond, making it effortless to go from pool to sand in minutes. For added convenience and enjoyment, your stay includes four backpack beach chairs and two adult beach cruiser bikes—everything you need for carefree days soaking up the sun and exploring the island.

Whether you’re strolling to the beach, biking to Coligny for dining and shopping, or enjoying the nearby park and playground, 118 Breakers delivers the ultimate walkable Hilton Head experience.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The property was as described. The property manager was very helpful…always visible. Beach chairs were a welcomed amenity…however one of the chairs was completely broken and needs to be discarded and/or replaced. Will definitely book again!!

Ideal location to get the most out of your stay on Hilton Head Island. Property is on the ocean and steps away from Caligy Square. The unit is very close to pool and beach. Unit was very clean and had very nice decor and furniture. Washer and dryer in unit is a very nice feature. Two area rugs in front of bed and living room are in need of replacement. Also, mattress was very uncomfortable. Needs to be replaced.

Absolutely perfect!

We have stayed in this area before and knew how great it was to be close to the beach, pool, shopping, & restaurants all within walking. What I wasn’t expecting was all the little things this condo has that made it feel like home, it was so very lovely. Would stay again and highly recommend!

Great weekend stay

This was perfect for my trip, and the condo looks just as nice as the photos. Since it was just me it didn't really matter, but there is not really storage space for luggage and I think it would be tight for a family of four. I'll definitely look to book again on an upcoming visit. It was also very easy to get in touch with property management when I reached out about availability to extend.

Great Location!

Condo has been renovated. Everything was clean and well maintained. Location was great. Older complex but right across from the shops and restaurants at Coligny Beach and on the beach. The bikes were a great plus, we biked everywhere!

I prefer beach front. In the unit we were in you could not sit on balcony and see the ocean.

Could not see ocean from my balcony was a little disappointed but will stay again just in a beach front. I enjoy sitting on the balcony and watching the waves.

Great location and amenities. I would come back and recommend. I want this rental to be successful, so please take this comment as area of improvement: Floor needs moping, deep cleaning. I live in a no shoe house, so I did at the first 10 mins step in the place, then everyone's feet is dark brown! The floor needs cleaning... we wore our shoes the entire time!!! Thank you! We really enjoyed our stay and will come back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were pleasantly surprised. Perfect for our family of 3. Great location to the beach and Coligny. The beds were comfy and they had extra blankets and pillows. The balcony was a little tight but manageable. The water pressure in the shower was great. Everything was clean and decorated nicely. Only downside is that the balcony is right next to the stairs and if the curtains were open anyone going up and down the steps could see straight into the living room. We just kept the curtains closed on that side. Kitchen was well stocked with the necessities to prepare a meal. Would definitely stay again.
