The Lighthouse Villa is situated in Punta Gorda Isles in South West Florida very quiet at the end of a road, right on the Canal that leads directly into Charlotte Harbor Bay. It is the only property with full southern exposure facing the canal leading directly into the Bay.
In walking distance to beautiful historic downtown Punta Gorda and Fisherman"s Village with many Restaurants Cafes and Boutiques on the water overlooking Charlotte harbor bay.
The house is fully equipped with all amenities imaginable, bathrobes, multiple sets of towels, beach 🏖 towels, High End Washer & Dryer (Miele) , Dishwasher, Juicer, Nutri Bullet Blender, Toys for Kids, Kid bed, Sun Chairs by the Pool, Gazebo near the water, Lighthouse Bar with awesome view at the crossing of the canals with always boat traffic that invites you to watch the most beautiful boats of Punta Gordas Isles who have to go past the lighthouse before they get to the open Bay.
The swimming Pool is 14 by 30 and solar heated plus extra Propane heater on Top.
Each bedroom is designed differently with tasteful colors according to the furniture. The Pool Room is white with light blue color and white furniture and a King Size bed and a walk in closet, the bathroom is also to be entered by the Poolside, the second yellow bedroom is facing the Canal and is equipped with one queen bed and a Twin bed, integrated Closet, the bathroom is nautical with extravagant pebble stones flooring. The third bedroom is located opposite from the others also with sliders that disappear in the wall facing the Pool, has two separate walk in closets and a large Bathroom with seperate Bathroom where the Bathtub is.
All rooms have engineered hard wood Birch floors, the Kitchen area has tiles.
The Dining room is facing the front yard and you will sit on a Dolphin Table seating 6.
The massive Pool Cage covering the area of the Pool and the Gazebo has a tropical Garden inside with Palm Trees, Bougainvillea, Hibiscus and other beautiful plants. A Golf putting practice Carpet is as well there to entertain as is an Outside Kitchen to Grill or Barbecue.
Ceiling Fans are in every room as well as in the Gazebo and the Pool area and the lighthouse. The A/C is brand new and State of the Art and is equipped with a UV Light filter to ensure perfectly clean fresh air all the time.
At Nighttime the whole house is brilliantly illuminated and represents a Landmark that people passing by like to take pictures of. The Lighthouse Villa is an iconic Estate that is well known in the area as a Legacy. The house was built in 1985 and was fully renovated in 2016 to ensure a maximum of state of the Art Luxury that you can expect from a holiday home with nautical and tropical sophisticated flair.
High Speed Internet is available WiFi with 75 MB/s as well as Satellite TV with a brand new 4K 55“screen.
A Coffee Machine and a Keurig for even more variety in Tastes.
The House has a spacious Garage fitting two cars. Ironing Board and Iron are there, too.

The Bar in the 1st floor of the lighthouse is a joint area that the owners might use also. The other floors of the lighthouse are not accessible and only for service and repair purposes, they are not part of the rental.
Arrival time is 5 p.m. or after. Checkout time is 11 a.m. latest. For an early check in or a late checkout please contact me in advance.
The owners are living in the house next door with their two cats. They are willing to assist you in every way, be it restaurant recommendations or organize Trips to discover the beautiful area.

For Golfers 🏌️‍♀️ we supply a variety of 8 different sets of Golf ⛳️ clubs ( Male / female Clubs - steel and graphite shafts)

For fishing 🎣 there are various fishing rods and the dock invites you to fish 🐟 as it is full of fish 🐠

For deep sea 🌊 fishing we can organize private tours to the Golf of Mexico past Boca Grande Pass.

For every additional person staying a charge of 50$ per night will be applied after checking in advance with the landlord.
