Beau Mer Large 1-Bedroom Condo Overlooks Naples Bay - 0.5 Mile Walk to Downtown!

Top floor corner unit at Beau Mer is beautifully furnished and looks due south over Naples Bay and every serene sunset. Spacious 1 bedroom with queen bed and separate daybed that converts into a king. New kitchen (remodeled in 2018) with new appliances, cabinets, quartz countertops, etc. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare great meals and cocktails. Our bathroom has stand-up shower, toliet and sink and there is also a separate bathroom vanity with sink and large walk-in closet off of the bedroom. Enjoy a perfect view the sunset from our screened-in lanai. Property includes large heated pool and hot tub as well as a patio area with communal gas BBQ grills. Rental includes reserved parking, all utilities, cable TV and ultra high speed internet/WiFi.

5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants at Tin City and Naples Bay Resort.
10 minute walk to 'downtown' Old Naples with great shopping, restaurants and bars along 5th Avenue.
15-20 minute walk to Naples beach on the Gulf of Mexico.

You will LOVE this condo and location.

Brief stay

There was unexpected construction going on and the owner was great about letting us check out early due to the noise. It’s a fabulous location and unit and won’t hesitate to return once the upgrades are complete.

Everything you could ask for

This condo is very close to downtown 5th ave Naples. You can walk there in 15 minutes. The condo has a nice view of the harbor where you can watch the boats go by. All of the basic kitchen condiments and paper products are provided. Beach chairs, umbrella, towel, and cooler are also provided for your trip to the beach. The complex has a nice pool with lots of friendly residents. The screen doors provide a great breeze. Mike the owner called to check and make sure all was well, He even provided sunny 80+ degree weather almost everyday. I would recommend this rental.

Best stocked condo EVER!

This condo supplied so much more than anything we’ve experienced or expected. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, ice paks, beach towels, boogie board, golf clubs, salt & pepper & misc. spices, paper plates, paper towel, dishes & silverware enough for 12 and more!, board games, shampoo, bath soap, hand soap, dishwasher soap. We didn’t use it’s all, but appreciated that it was all available. We would rent again except for the fact it has a queen bed and we prefer king size (we were aware of this prior to renting)

Well maintained and great location

This was a great location which was close to the downtown Naples area and beaches- very walkable. Pool area was nice and relaxing and the rental had everything we needed in the kitchen as well as even beach chairs. The owner was very responsive and communicative, and check in was extremely easy.

Great location

We enjoyed venturing out from here daily. Beautiful view from the lanai. Well equipped. It is busy with a marina and yacht club nearby but we walked and biked easily throughout the Naples area.

Perfect Location

We really enjoyed the condo. Talk about well stocked; just bring yourselves. Walking distance to 5th Avenue. Tried many new restaurants, with Nosh being our new favorite. The condo was very comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect!

Property was as described, close proximity to 5th Ave and Lowdermilk Beach. First time renting a VRBO and it was seamless. Excellent directions for everything and owner was highly communicative, replied quickly to questions I had. I will stay there again and highly recommend!

Reset

Looking to reset vacation travel post 2020 Pandemic, wanted to kick off Spring with great sunsets, warm breezes, pool, sun, palms. Property sits 2 miles to the Naples Pier and it is a perfect morning run distance or afternoon bike ride passing marinas and restaurants. Unit is stocked nicely for staples, towels, utensils, linens with relaxing screened-in balcony.

This place was Perfect for Us . Great place for a couple or a small family . Location was close to everything , you can walk to just about all places. Excellent vacation

This 1 bedroom condo is in a nice development. The buildings are very clean and well maintained. There are a lot of nice and friendly residents here. It is in a quiet and convenient location and only a 10 minute walk to all of the stores and restaurants downtown

Naples fun!

Perfect location and perfect accommodations for my wife and I. I was at a conference every morning from eight till noon and my wife went for a walk through downtown. Would highly recommend this property andbthe property manager is very accessible.

Winter break!

The property and location was perfect for us. We were able to walk to most of the places we like to go in Old Naples. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Very clean, newly updated and the view from the screened balcony was great. The complex was quiet and the other residents on the property were very nice. The owner was very accommodating and easy to get to if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this property.

Old Naples Florida, Tin City

This is the second year we rented from this condo. The weather was amazing, the view from the deck area at the condo was spectacular, love watching the boats and yachts in the bay. Mike, the owner was very available by phone and text. Condo was clean, very comfortable, Kitchen well equipped. The pool was great, Neighbors very friendly. We will definitely stay again.

Great views, and location was excellent! Very easy to get every wear. We could walk downtown, and over to Bayfront! Condo had everything we needed, and the kitchen in particular, looks brand new! Would go back for sure!

Amenities of Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Michael's condo. It was very clean and had all the amenities of a comfortable home. Michael was very helpful when we needed assistance with the living room tv! He called to let us know how to resolve the problem! The lenai was a delight to sit in everyday. The view of the Gordon River was lovely. We were able to see the Yacht Club's activities from the lenai. The Beau Mer complex was clean, the pool and hot tub were a delight! We found the people to be quite friendly whether they were guests for 3-4 months or 1 week vacationers. The last week in March we found there were many planes flying over the complex. We had to get used to the fact that the area was in a flight plan but that did not ruin our very enjoyable stay. I would recommend Michael's condo for its excellent condition as well as for the excellent location to downtown Naples. We are looking forward to returning to Beau Mer!
