Updated 2 bedroom/2 bath Tamarindo vacation rental with a newly remodeled kitchen, has been newly painted, new linens, and towels to make your stay comfortable. The bedrooms include a king bed in the master and 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom to sleep 4 in total. The twin beds can be pushed together for a second king bed. There is plenty of closet space in each bedroom and are modernly decorated for your comfort. The living room offers a private balcony overlooking the common area and pool.
Balcones del Pacifico is very peaceful complex and properties share a beautiful common area with a lawn, rooftop terrace, security, parking, and large swimming pool. This Tamarindo vacation rental is the perfect space for a peaceful and relaxing vacation, great for couples, and small families. The condo is located just 1 block from the beach and downtown Tamarindo so you would never need a vehicle. There is a grocery store a half a block down the street as well as a food court, a park, banks, taxi stand, and more. The property manager can help make arrangements for transportation, tours, car rentals, etc...and speaks fluent English and Spanish!

This was a really nice location, and a good fit for our family, weā€™d absolutely return. We loved the community itself and the people who worked there were so lovely. The kitchen was well equipped and markets are very convenient. We found our host very easy to contact and the communication was clear.. would absolutely recommend.

Our family with two kids stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. It is well stocked, clean, and the kids loved the pool. Itā€™s only a short couple minute walk to the fantastic beach, shops, and restaurants in Tamarindo. Weā€™d definitely stay here again.

We walked everywhere - beach, restaurants, grocery. Enjoyed Taco Tuesday, Thursday night market, Saturday farmer/craft market as well as Happy hours. Property manager was very responsive to questions.

Balcones #16 - ideal for us.

We were in Tamarindo for 2 weeks. The condo has a great location - no car needed. The rental agent was very easy to work with. The rooftop terrace has lounge chairs plus a small table and chairs where we had cocktails several evenings. Definitely will stay there again.

My son and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was awesome. We were in walking distance to the beach all the stores and restaurants in Tamarindo. Jennifer was very helpful in planning our trip. While in Tamarindo, she was very responsive to any questions that I had. We will definitely be back.

Great location! Quiet complex!

We had a fantastic stay at Balcones. Great pool and apartment. Large kitchen with excellent supplies. Soft towels and sheets. The location is super quiet but still in the center of the action. Close to beach and town. No car required. The staff is super responsive and helpful. Great stay! Would book again!

Great Location!

Amazing location in Tamarindo, walking distance to everything! The condo was very clean and fully equipped. Great pool and about 1 block from the beach! We rented a car because we visited multiple cities on our vacation but its definitely not necessary if staying in Tamarindo. Jennifer gave us some great recommendations in the area. We loved the Mercadito food court!

The condo was super clean. Towels, sheets, and bedding are high quality. The kitchen is very well stocked. Location is superb -- in the heart of Tamarindo, walking distance to shops, beach, restaurants and bars. The private roof top patio is a unique bonus. Equipped with table, lounge chairs, a lounge bed, and lighting. The property manager is super friendly and very helpful with information regarding tours, etc. Highly recommended!

Amazing Property and Property Manager

Balcones Del Pacifico is just such a great location to everything, but we really enjoyed the improvements to the condo. We have stayed in several of these and the kitchen layout and cabinet space was really great. You are close to the Farmers Market, grocery stores, restaurants, the works. Jennifer was awesome. She stays on top of everything and makes sure you have no problems or issues. We cannot wait to get back!

Beautiful and clean

We were delighted with the condo. It was exactly as pictured in the write up. Jennifer was very accommodating and responded very promptly to all of our questions. The condo was meticulously clean. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable, as well as the linens. It is a very short walk to Tamarindo Beach and all shops and restaurants. The only negative was that during the week of our stay the land next to the condo complex was being prepared for future building so there was machinery noises and beeping during the day. We could not hear it from inside the condo but could hear it when we sat at the pool. It did not bother my husband but it did bother me. Overall, I would stay here again and just check first to see if there is construction going on next door. It really is a very nice unit.

If you want to enjoy Tamarindo...town/beaches, this property is in a great location. The best thing about this property is the walkability to all of this...all within a block or two. No need for a vehicle. Great shopping, restuarants, beaches etc! Jennifer(property manager) is the best! She was totally available and extremely helpful with all our concerns/needs. Had some water issues on the kitchen ceiling/walls along with broken tile on the kitchen floor which her husband and contractor came over right away to check out. Didn't cause any disturbance with our stay. The condo building is a on the older side. But it's tucked back and is very quiet except maybe when the workers are sprucing up the place. Actually liked seeing that improvements were being done. Condo #16 was a good/fair price for this unit. Air conditioners worked great! There are 3...In both bedrooms and out in the living area. The beds are quite hard/squeaky but the bed linens and bathroom towels are very nice. The living area furniture not too comfortable but who cares when you're out and about all day anyway. Unit was clean...some small ants running around along with a cute lizard we had to shooo out but hey you're in tropical CR! The pool area is a nice way to end a day at the beach. Overall had a wonderful week at Balcones del Pacifico.

Excellent location and great space!

We stayed in Tamarindo for 3 days and this was a great rental! I was pleased that the master had a king size bed and the second room had two singles for our kids. Two bathrooms made everything more smooth too. Overall, the location was great - just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We loved the extras like beach towels and a fully stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again!

Quick trip

The condo was available for our last minute trip to Tamarindo. The condo was well furnished and clean! The location is the best in tamarindo, close to the beach, grocery shopping, restaurants, literally everything you need is less than a block away! Would recommend!

We couldn't have asked for a better experience here! The condo was more than we expected! We had a very clean 2bd/2bath condo - the condo was nicely decorated, included was the best private roof in the complex with shade and sun and comfortable laying out and hanging out options - all the kitchen appliances be could have wanted including a French Press, lots of counter space and cupboards, additional balcony overlooking the quiet pool area, exceptional service from the condo managers, plus the complex is very close to the beach/inexpensive grocery store/restaurants/shops but quiet for sleeping. I would definitely rent this unit again!! We loved it so much and wish we could have stayed longer! No negatives on our end - even the bath towels were luxury plush ones. = )

Rooftop was more than we expected

This is a great 2 BR unit and private access t6o the rooftop was great in the evenings. Balconies has the best pool we have seen in our 4 winters in Tamarindo. Jennifer was very helpful getting us situated and probply responded to all our queries. An added bonus was the friendly residents and the easy access to the beach and nightlife, while being very quiet at night.

Beautiful and great location!

We completely enjoyed #16 The unit is stocked fully on everything you need and is very clean. Bedrooms were a good size each. The linens and towels were great. Jennifer, unit manager was quick to help with anything that needed attention. A laundry drying tree might be a good additionā™„ļø But there is a dryer available downstairs! We really enjoyed our stay here!
