Little Bear Lodge at Lake Norman!

Guests are sure to have an amazing and memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 4 bedroom/4 bathroom log cabin home. The main floor has a large open concept with cathedral ceilings and gorgeous windows that look out to a perfect cove on the beautiful Lake Norman. The screened-in room of the kitchen is great for outdoor meals, reading a book, or a great puzzle. Lakefront has an enormous deck to overlook the entire lakefront property. The Main floor has a Master bedroom and Bathroom and also a 2nd bedroom which is also a master but shares the bathroom with the main living area. The 2nd Floor has incredible views with 1 bedroom and full bath with a large loft area and a futon for those drop-in guests. The 1st floor gets all the fun! Full-size pool table, Ping Pong, and wet bar area. This area walks out to a custom outdoor kitchen area and a fabulous in-ground swimming pool. You are just steps away from the sandy beach area with stairs to the lake during the day and at night a great fire-pit that is Smores ready!! Perfect for star gazing! The first floor has a great enclosed 1 bedroom and full bathroom for the later sleeper!

Family Vacation

The house/property was just as we expected based on the listing. The house was wonderful many amenities, the pool was great and the dock very nice. The small sandy beach area on the property’s waterfront was a nice feature and located in a quiet cove. Overall a great property for a family vacation.

Beautiful place

We had a great time. House was clean and well cared for. All house ammenities were better than expected. Only slight negative were steps for my husband and AC set to cold for me. But 5 Star home.

Family Lake Vacation

Amazing, relaxing, fun filled memories! We have always been tropical beach vacation family. We will definitely go to the beach again, but for the time we have been converted to lake life! This property was everything as advertised and more! The host was amazing, made sure we were settled in the first day, checked to see if we needed anything. Responded immediately to the one question we had. Highly highly recommend this property!!

Great Adventure

I have been renting on Lake Norman for quite a few years. This home by far beats them all. It has all you could ask for and more. The beach is beautiful, the house is beautiful and the dock is beautiful. What more can I say. Oh by the way did I mention the inground pool which is just amazing.

Great Lake House!

We just wrapped up a fantastic week at this lake house that had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation including: - a well-provisioned kitchen (down to s’mores skewers) - a TON of seating areas for reading or talking - screened in porch, firepit, two-story dock, huge second floor deck, and porch swing on the pool patio! - the deck and the dock offered a perfect view of the sunrise - almost every room had speakers that could be operated with remotes (pro tip: hit “list” cycle to the room you want by using the arrow keys, and then hit either watch (for tv) or listen (for the radio). - comfortable beds and plenty of pool towels - we really appreciated the three huge umbrellas by the pool to avoid sunburns for all the time we spent out there. - the kayak and paddle board were appreciated - as were the poker chips, pool table and ping pong table. - Katie was extremely helpful and prompt with texts leading up to and during our stay. Thanks for a great vacation!

This place is BEAUTIFUL!!! Absolutely nothing is lacking top deck view= awesome screened in dining on top deck=awesome Outdoor Grill area= PERFECT Bottom floor Outdoor Patio/Pool area= C'mon it's a great size saltwater,heated pool and a stainless grill with room all over!!!! Fire pit area =PERFECT.. Dock for boats,fishing,swimming, Has 2 exit ladders on the dock Huge upper patio on dock with a access gate for jumping into the lake(don't chicken out its plenty deep enough even for me at 6'3 and 255 lbs) Sooooooooooo fun!!! Oh did I mention your own beach...Yup folks its a sand beach area that extends into the lake. I could go on and on..... GREAT TIME!!!!!

I am very excited to tell you about our stay.The house and views are simply stunning. There are so many comfy places to sit together both inside and out. We cooked everyday. Our older kids enjoyed restaurants out also. We rented a pontoon boat and docked it on the 2 story dock. We kayaked in and out of the fingers of the lake to enjoy the views of others homes. Our grandsons enjoyed the sandy beach. They have a Tesla charging station: ensure to inform them so that it is unlocked. We made s’mores at the fire pit. The starry night’s sky was so pretty. There is one on-suite on the main floor. Everyone said their beds were very comfy including the loft futon bed. The other 3 bedrooms have bathrooms shared with the common areas on that floor. The pool, hot tub and lake were fun to use. I bring supplies when our family rents a home and I barely needed any of my own things. My crockpot made easily work of some of our meals. The washing machine made easy work of the many beach towels they made available. I had to stand on my tip toes to reach some small items at the bottom so the machine. We truly recommend this home for an unbelievable stay. Our communications with the management company and the host were prompt and very helpful.

Beautiful home, pool, lake

Our extended family had a wonderful time in your beautiful home. Everything we needed was there. We loved the large open deck overlooking the pool and lake... we enjoyed the screened in outdoor living area on the one rainy day we had the week we were there. We didn't use the firepit, but a nice option to have available for your guests. The commercial ice maker in the game room area was a nice plus. Also, a nice surprise to see TWO large sized fridges in the kitchen area. We spent most of our time floating off your boat dock in the lake, and the remaining time in your pool or out on the lake in the boat we hauled down from PA, It was an awesome week...thank you for sharing your beautiful lakefront home with us. OH...one more important thing: Katie, your property manager was a joy to work with. Very punctual in replying to any questions we had when we first got to the house. BTW: we almost had to stay with the next family (for a couple more hours) that was coming in after us, but we put a major rush into getting our 2,000 piece puzzle done just after midnight this morning...the day we checked out~~! hahaha We are all home now, with wonderful memories of our time at your home. Thank you again~~~!

Great vacation but if it could go wrong it did. Our luck!!

Beautiful property and we all had a great time but did have several hiccups during our stay. TV in family room could not be used until Wed when someone came. Katie tried but no luck. 2nd fridge not working. Repair guy came on Thursday. Water in hallway 2 nights that leaked from ceiling above. All 4 trash cans were running over with trash upon arrival. Home needs good cleaning, alot of dust under furniture that could be seen. Outdoor area around grill and pool also needs TLC. Pool and double docks were awesome. Thanks Kevin and Katie!!

Luxurious Lake Experience! We can’t wait to return!!

We had an amazing stay and an excellent experience. The property manager was very responsive and friendly. From the initial booking, my questions prior to arrival and checking in . Any questions I had were answered in a timely fashion and with complete politeness. The property was phenomenal completely exceeded my expectations the perfect home and location for a relaxing week. The home was clean, cool and beautiful! The landscaping was immaculate just bursted with beauty. The pool was perfect and well designed. I could rave all day about this home. I loved relaxing on the porch and enjoying the beautiful views. The dock is the best on the lake or at least from what we saw from our boat rides that week. The house had a lot of items on hand to create the best lake experience. I was very impressed. I throughly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and all the house had to offer. I would definitely recommend it! I look forward to making this location an annual trip with my family! Thank you for sharing your amazing home!

Great Summer Vacation

We had a wonderful week with extended family. The house was very clean and in a great location. The dock was the nicest on the lake. Kids had fun jumping off of the dock. We rented a boat during the week when it wasn’t crowded. Kids had a blast tubing and kneeboarding. Toucan’s restaurant accessible by boat has the best food. Lastly, Katie, the house manager was wonderful. She answered all of my questions during our stay.
