Hello Haley! Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting our great location and amenities. We’re sorry to hear about the cleanliness issues with the home and hot tub, as this is not the standard we aim to provide. Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so we can address this moving forward. We appreciate you staying with us and hope to have the opportunity to provide a better experience in the future.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review, Sue! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed your stay in Winter Park and that the condo, kitchen, and views exceeded your expectations. We appreciate you letting us know about the garbage disposal and keypad batteries — it’s great that you were able to handle those minor issues on your own. Your feedback helps us continue to improve for future guests. We would love to welcome you back anytime!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review and for highlighting the many little touches you enjoyed during your stay. We’re really glad those made a difference for your family. We also truly appreciate you taking the time to share the areas where we can improve. Your feedback is very helpful. We’re actively looking into additional solutions to better regulate the temperature in the downstairs master suite, especially during colder months. We are also having the oven inspected to address the gas smell you mentioned, as safety is extremely important to us. Additionally, we’ll be checking the fans and shades to ensure they’re working consistently, and we’ve shared your notes with our cleaning team to pay closer attention to baseboards and door ledges. Thank you again for staying with us and for providing such constructive feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We’re so glad you and your family had an amazing stay and enjoyed the views, amenities, and space. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d love to welcome you back for another mountain getaway!
