Exactly what we were looking for! Very clean. Walk to beach and restaurants. We needed a couple a days to decompress and this place was perfect! Recommend!

This place was excellent. Some VRBOs you know and feel like you are in someone's else's house. This one was so welcoming I actually called it home once. The kitchen is equipped with every gadget known. The beds are comfortable. The hosts are knowledgeable about area events and will help point you in the right direction for the perfect visit. Absolutely fantastic experience.

This is our third time staying at this wonderful beach house with our two dogs and little girl. The house has everything you could possibly need. Is well kept, in a great location, and being dog friendly is always a huge plus for us. Carol and Ron are responsive and attentive hosts even recommending fun activities to do during our stay. We look forward to our trip next year!

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay. The location is great and only a block to the beach. It’s walking distance to several restaurants and Pleasure Pier. The decor is very vibrant with beautiful beach vibes. I loved all the little touches they included in the bathroom for items you may have forgotten. They also have a beach wagon, chairs and an outdoor shower that was another great touch to our stay. The backyard is private and cozy. The hosts were amazing and responded quickly to any questions I had. We would definitely stay here again.

The house felt like home. Well stocked. I could have left a lot of stuff at home. The location is great. Ron and Carol were so responsive to any questions or messages. Will definitely book again.

This little house was amazing and perfect for my daughter and I to celebrate our 70/50 birthdays. This place was the most well stocked place I have ever rented. They thought of everything. The kitchen had everything you could need for cooking. The bathroom had plenty of towels, washcloths, toiletries, that I’ve never seen in a rental before. There were beach toys, beach chairs, beach towels and a wagon to bring it all to the beach. The beach was just a short 1 block walk away. They provided a notebook full of all the information you could want. The colors were so bright and cheery. Perfect for a beach house and the beach decor was so fun. The hosts were very helpful with things to do and see and even left gift cards to a local eating spot as birthday gifts. If we had questions we could just text them. I can’t say enough good things about this rental experience. I would 100% recommend this place.

Although the weather didn’t cooperate, it was a lovely experience. Loved the cottage and backyard. Ron and Carol were super responsive, gave us suggestions for rainy days, the check-in went very smoothly, place was very clean and it was stocked with whatever we could possibly need. Even had complimentary wine and snacks!!Thank you soooo much for an awesome stay!!Amy, Johnny and Livy

Wonderful home and location! What you see online is precisely what you walk into. In addition to the lovely decor, thoughtfulness shows through the home from easy to locate items in the kitchen to extra items easily left behind at home such as toothpaste and shower supplies. Ron and Carol are easy to communicate with and readily available if needed. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will be back.

This house was super cute and the perfect distance from the water. It had everything we needed for our spring break stay. This was our little doxies’s first road trip and beach experience so we truly appreciated having a clean and pet friendly space to be able to bring her along.The hosts were extremely accommodating and attentive.

We can’t say enough great things about the accommodations or the host. The house was super clean and beyond stocked. If you forget toiletries of any kind, they have you covered. If you choose to cook a gigantic meal they have you covered with cookware, flatware… We appreciated that dogs were welcomed and again they were prepared should you forget your pet supplies. I sent the owner a few texts and the response was quick. Location is walking distance to the Spot and Pleasure Pier/seawall. Just wonderful!!!

The most wonderful and relaxing home away from home! Carol and Ron have provided a beautiful home with all the amenities you could hope to have. From the fully fitted out kitchen (including complimentary wine) to every toiletry you could think of - nothing is missing. Did I mention the Christmas tree???The backyard is a dream and they provide beach toys. So close to the beach and great places to eat and visit. A dream vacation.

Wonderful, colorful home. Had everything we needed! Especially enjoyed the fenced backyard for our 2 small dogs and the great ocean breezes on the front porch. Very close to the water and lots of restaurants. Hosts were exceptional on communication!
