Beach house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was really good, it was in a really convenient location close to the beach and other resources. The property was lovely, small and cozy inside. Only issue we had was an ant issue in the kitchen.

Annual Woodgate Week Away from Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Every year, same time, same place. That's us. Been coming to Woodgate Beach for over thirty years, first with four children, recent years with extended family and grandchildren. Travel five hours to get to Queensland's cleanest and family friendly sandy beach. Great location near Esplanade, wide verandah for relaxing, cheapest holiday rental in Woodgate. Starting to need some maintenance jobs though, dripping tap, dining chairs wobbly legs, electric powerpoint coming off wall, cracked tiles, old venetian blinds, some verandah boards need replacement. Still suits us for fresh air, sunshine and salt water refreshment. Great community to visit.

Reviewer Comments: Great and easy from the start of booking til the time we left, helpful staff in booking and changing dates and helpful when we arrived at night. The house was clean with everything we needed, perfect location, just off the main Rd, fenced, carport, big deck, just what we needed for a weekend away.

Short but sweet

Nice quiet spot with a very short walk to the beach, the accommodation was neat and clean and had everything I needed.

Quaint beach house

Beautiful silky oak timber original by fold doors which opened up to the generous deck space.

communication with the host was not great messaged 2 hours before we arrived and heard nothing had to call when we got there to find out how to get the keys! we got told to keep the floors clean and when we walked on them bottom of our feet were black. also there is a big problem with ants in the house had to throw out food as there was ants in it all around the bed toilet and sofa, but the house is in a good location and it has a lot of potential
