Welcome to Casa Fortuna, a stylish one-bedroom apartment situated in the heart of downtown Vancouver. Designed specifically for travelers, this apartment combines convenience, comfort, and direct access to the city’s top attractions.

THE APARTMENT The living space features high ceilings and an open layout. The private bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, while the living room includes a queen-sized sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals, complete with a dedicated dining table. Guests can enjoy city views from the private balcony. A portable AC unit and a fan are provided to ensure a comfortable indoor climate.

BUILDING AMENITIES Guests have full access to the building’s fitness center and the communal terrace area.

LOCATION & CONVENIENCE This location offers unparalleled access to downtown Vancouver. The property is steps away from the waterfront, Stanley Park, and Granville Island. Rogers Arena is nearby for concerts and sports events, surrounded by premier shopping and dining destinations.

A fantastic apartment in an ideal location from which to explore Vancouver. The place is clean, thoughtfully decorated and has all amenities you could need. Karolina was a great host too, quick to respond to any queries and flexible when we had a delayed check out. I would recommend and would certainly stay again. Check in was also straightforward with clear instructions given.

This cute, comfortable apartment was the perfect size and location for my mom and me to explore Vancouver. It was convenient to attractions, restaurants and groceries. Being in the heart of the bustling, vibrant city with views from the windows and terrace we took in all the sights and sounds. Karoline was helpful and responsive.

We loved this condo - in walking distance to central Vancouver and had a wonderful balcony to hang out on. Owner was very responsive and it was very well stocked with basics and extras - could not have asked for a better experience.

Great one bedroom apartment in the downtown. Super cute, good design, very clean. I’ve used the kitchen every day during my stay and saved a lot of money. Very easy to reach the host. Highly recommend! Great value.

The apartment is located conveniently downtown and in easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Karolina was quick to communicate and answer our questions. The apartment has a nespresso machine and Karolina supplied enough coffee pods for our visit. That is a welcome touch as I usually bring my own pods. Thank you Karolina.

Host was great with communication and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs! The downtown location offered many walkable options for food and beverages, and was a great launching point for sightseeing. This location is in a busy, downtown area therefore the traffic noise was steady. We loved the outdoor area just off the living room!

Excellent central place to stay while visiting Vancouver. Short distance to lots of shopping and restaurants. Walked most mornings down to Sunset Beach and walked along English Bay Seawall. We walked over the Burrard Street bridge to Kitsilano Beach and took the ferry back. Walking distance to Canada Place, Vancouver Art Gallery and a 15-20 minute drive to the aquarium. The options were endless of things to do and see. When we didnt feel like walking, we used the metro or called a Lyft which were both really affordable options from this location. The apartment itself is lovely. It was just as pictured, very clean and had eveything we needed for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. It was very nice to have a balcony! It was my first time booking a VRBO and Karolina was very responsive and made it incredibly easy. I don't think there was anything that they haven't thought of. If you're not used to a big city, it can be loud with sirens, traffic and events taking place on Granville street but honestly that was just part of being downtown and when we wanted to shut out the noise we just closed the windows and doors and then it was hardly noticeable. Would definitely book this place again as Karolina and Peter are wonderful hosts and it felt like a little home away from home for my daughter and me for the week that we were there.

Lovely apartment in vibrant Vancouver

The apartment was lovely, with new furnishings and we loved all the big windows and balcony. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had anything you could need. Communication was excellent. Location was convenient. Would highly recommend and would love to stay there again in the future.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at this adorable spacious apartment right in downtown Vancouver. Karolina was a great host and the apartment had all the amenities we needed. The location was ideal for visiting all major Vancouver attractions and allowed us to get a taste of what it would be like living in the city. Karolina recommended some excellent restaurants which enhanced our vacation. There are also lots of wonderful coffee shops nearby as well. We will definitely be back to Vancouver and would love to stay here again.

Great choice!

I rented the apartment for my family and me for Christmas time. The apartment is very comfortable, well furnished and well equipped! We had a great experience and Karolina is a very helpful host. Thanks to Karolina for our stay and I can recommend this apartment to all!

An amazing gem in Vancouver! Our host was super attentive before our visit with great and detailed recommendations when I asked her for some good coffee and food spots. The location was absolutely perfect! We had our 9 and 11 year old girls with us and we were able to walk to almost everything from the condo or a very short and inexpensive cab to places a little further. The condo had everything we needed, was clean, cute and very comfortable for the 4 of us. Will stay here again when we next visit. 5 stars all around!!!

Taylor magic

We stayed here for Taylor Swift and it complimented our memories of a lifetime perfectly! The location couldn’t be better as we were able to walk to everything. Cooking was a breeze in the fully stocked kitchen. Every last detail was thought of and it was very clean and stylish. We had a wonderful time!

Property very suitable for a couple & well maintained. Inner city was quite noisy eg sirens & loud people but typical for inner city. We found it easy to walk in any direction to things that we wanted to do or see.

This property was amazing. It was central, downtown Vancouver which made easy access to everything you wanted to see whether walking or use of public transportation. This unit had an awesome balcony on the 5th floor which afforded you lots to look at in a hustling big city. The location had many great restaurants and coffee shops close by. The convenience store below us (One Stop - Jasmine was sooo helpful) was the location for key retrieval/drop off and also offered a service that allowed for luggage hold after the 10:00 am check out which gave us more time to explore the area. Thank you for a great home-away-from home experience. The owners thought of everything! We would definitely book again for future family visits.

Vancouver stay

This is a fantastic property perfect for 2-4 people in the heart of Vancouver. Parking was nearby, safe and secure overnight and you could prebook your spot/reservation. Everything was super walkable. We walked to and from BC place for a concert. Karolina was very helpful & responsive to all questions. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had all we needed. I would absolutely recommend it and we will rent again when we return to Vancouver.
