This gorgeous single-story home (with no stairs to enter), located in one of the most highly sought-after country clubs in all of Palm Desert, was recently renovated by a top designer. No expense / detail was spared. It is truly high-end and gorgeous! Our goal was to leave you speechless when you open the front door, and make you feel like you are in a 5-star location! This condo feels more like a house, with a private garage & private walled-in front patio, high ceilings, and high-end furnishings. This home sits just steps off a large, private golf course and huge lake, which can be seen from the living room, kitchen, dining area, back master bedroom & large back patio. The garage even has a 220v outlet for electric car charging!

The location is close to all major Palm Desert events..... just 15 minutes to the polo fields, (for Coachella and Stagecoach), 7 minutes from the Parribas Tennis Tournament in Indian Wells, 4 minutes from the Desert Springs Marriott Hotel, 5-10 minutes from Rancho Mirage, Bermuda Dunes, Indio, La Quinta, etc. This home is in a quiet, adult community with 24-hour guards, dozens of pools, and expansive park-like views. Why stay in a hotel when you'll get MORE and pay LESS staying here??!!!!

The best part of this home is the VIEW!!! It is truly one of the best views in the city! It sits on a triple fairway of the green golf course, and has a wall-to-wall lake view. The large lake is literally just steps off your back patio. You'll feel like you're waking up to a gorgeous painting every morning as you look out the 13-foot wide walls of glass, or sit outside to BBQ a lovely dinner. Drink some wine in front of the romantic fire-pit table, while sitting on the large back patio that has seating for up to 6.

We supply all the comforts of your own home. This includes: 1800 thread count sheets, large flat screen TVs in every room (each being 40" to 70" in size, with access to HBO, Showtime, Amazon Prime & Netflix) a hairdryer in each bathroom, shampoo/soaps and conditioner, thick towels, plush bathrobes for each guest, a washer/dryer with supplies to do laundry and much more!

The kitchen is stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, instant hot water dispenser, trash compactor, microwave, all dishes/silverware/glasses/pots/spices/condiments, etc. - basically everything you would need to cook your own family meal. All appliances are Stainless Steel. There is seating for 6 at the dining room table, illuminated with Swarovski Crystal lights and chandeliers! The condo also has free wireless internet access.

The front master suite has a king sized bed with a brand new, super firm mattress and an attached bathroom with glass-tile shower. There is a 42" flat screen on the wall.

The 2nd bedroom has 2 Full-sized beds, gorgeous mirrored furniture, 42" flat screen TV, and there is a full bathroom with shower just steps away.

NOTE: The 2nd master suite is locked-off from rental groups who have paid the shown DISCOUNTED pricing that is automatically generated when you enter 2-4 guests in your booking. To have this extra master unlocked and available for your use at the regular price please enter 5-6 guests (even if you're just brining 2-4).

This 2nd Master suite has a direct view of the lakes & golf course, and a wall of glass that leads you right out onto the back patio. It has a brand new King-size Sleep Number Mattress, which can be adjusted via remote control to the firmness you like. This bedroom also has an attached private ensuite bathroom, with a large glass-tile shower, double sinks, crystal lighting and a makeup vanity area.

All rooms have black-out shades for total privacy and to keep out the sun if you are not an early morning riser. Each bedroom also has 2 luggage racks for your convenience, and we have been known to leave a nice surprise for you in the fridge to show you how much we appreciate our renters and wish to make your stay a memorable and enjoyable one!

The entire condo has all just renovated with high-end glass tile, Cambria Quartz counters and Swarovski Crystal lighting. We have been told by many renters that this home is one of the cleanest places they have ever stayed, with the highest-end amenities and furnishings, which we love hearing. We hope that you will agree!

Door locks are coded digital locks, so there are no keys to worry about or lose. There is room for 1 car in the private garage, with an outlet to charge a Tesla or other EV cars (just bring your own cord.) There is also PLENTY of street parking right in front of the condo.

Within the community there is a clubhouse, 2 restaurants, a hair salon, a small day spa for treatments, and over 45 pools and jacuzzis. The golf course, tennis/pickleball courts, and gym are all PRIVATE and only available to homeowners!

Location:
The street has 4 different pools on it and our condo is located just seven doors away from the closest one. Here you will also be only 7 minutes away from the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, 10 miles/15 minutes away from the Coachella Music Festival & Stagecoach Music Festival, 10 minutes from La Quinta, 8 minutes from Rancho Mirage, 6 minutes from Bermuda Dunes, and 25 minutes from Palm Springs. (Please note: heavier traffic during large events can increase travel time.)
Also our community is located just 4 minutes from the Desert Springs Marriott Hotel, which usually offers a free shuttle back-and-forth to the music festivals. (Call the hotel directly in advance for details and updates on that.)

There are also several excellent public golf courses nearby, including Desert Falls Country Club, which also has a swimming pool and gym. We also have many excellent restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. We are also about 5-10 minutes from El Paseo and The River Mall, and both have endless amazing restaurants!

Check out the Empire Polo Club for equestrian sports, which is only 11 miles away, or take in the BNP Tennis Tournament in Indian Wells - 6 miles away. There are exciting events throughout the year—from the La Quinta Art Festival, to Coachella, and Stagecoach. Whenever you come, rest assured there’ll be something fun to do!

1) There is usually a 3 night minimum stay required over most weekends, holidays, and when special events are going on.

2) Any guests beyond the number you have booked for, and the names you will need to supply for our guard gate security in advance, will not be permitted in the condo, due to insurance rules.

We're available to answer any questions regarding your stay and/or the surrounding area. We love to communicate with you to help provide restaurant or activity suggestions. So please don't hesitate to reach out during your stay.

The neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is a 24 hour guard-gated private country club community, centrally located in Palm Desert, within minutes of Bermuda Dunes, La Quinta, Indian Wells, Rancho Mirage, El Paseo, etc. We are also approximately 20 minutes from Coachella and from Palm Springs.

Getting around:
Should you desire to visit the Coachella Music Festival, there is usually a shuttle service available from Marriott Desert Springs Hotel (approximately 4 minutes away from condo). Please check with Marriott Desert Springs for details. Also the Indian Wells Tennis Garden is about 5 minutes from us. (Of course travel times can increase when events are going on and traffic is at its heaviest!)
We are also near bus stops and Uber / Lyft is available in our area.

The on-site restaurant is usually open daily from 8am - 3pm (depending on the time of year), and is available for your dining pleasure. It is super casual and pretty reasonably priced with most items priced between $10-$20. The menu is mostly limited to breakfast items, salads and sandwiches. (The hours of this restaurant can change with the season, and it is also closed during off-season months, so always best to call in advance.)

The dining room in the main clubhouse serves food on Tuesdays, Wednesday, and Friday evenings (although this can change with each season). Reservations must be made in advance, by following the instructions in the rental manual inside of the condo. There is also a lounge and bar in the main clubhouse. Sometimes they have entertainment too.

There is a renters manual located on the kitchen counter for your use and reference, which includes everything you could want to know about the property, including wireless access, operation of appliances and electronics in the home, dining in the community as well as some local dining suggestions and things to do, etc
