Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location on the canal and that the kitchen, furniture, and appliances met your expectations. Regarding the vents, we are currently working on cleaning them and did inspect them after your stay. We would like to clarify that what you observed is not mold but rust from the vents themselves, as they are on the older side. That said, we are planning to replace them soon to improve their appearance and condition. We will also have the kayaks looked at to address the handles and make sure they are easier for guests to use when launching and returning them to the water. Thank you for bringing these items to our attention as we continue to maintain and improve the property for future guests.
